United States MY BED IS AN OASIS While I initially had problems syncing the power layers, that has been resolved with calls to the team and a new set of controllers. I can confidently say that this bed transformation has taken a bit of getting used to and the result is that I really look forward to going to bed at night. I love to read in bed before I sleep and the power layer has provided comfort to do that. The BedJet is also a learning journey and I’ve come to appreciate both the warming and cooling features. I use the BedJet remote for both and am getting more familiar with using it quickly and falling back to sleep. I’m only one month into enjoying this bundle but it does make going to bed a relaxing experience. The BedJet was very easy to set up even though I had to get my son and his friend to lift the heavy bed out of the box. I was surprised how quiet the motor is and that it fit perfectly on my existing four poster bed. United States GAME CHANGER ! We have just gotten ours and it has been a real game changer with our sleeping positions and breathing. Before this lift system we had snoring problems and other related sleep disorders and this has stopped almost all of them. It was easy to install and program too! Will recommend this to all my friends we know! Because of its design it also doesn't raise the bed very much and that is a big bonus for us older human beings too. I need to lie with my head and torso on an incline and have been sleeping on a foam wedge the past 7 years. This is a huge improvement, as I am directly on my mattress now which feels much better. The BedJet works great with our split king Beauty Rest Black mattresses. We love it! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and it is straightforward to install. My one exception is that I was unclear about how heavy this product is. It is very well built, but very heavy! Ensure you have two strong adults to carry into your home, especially if it is being installed on a second or third floor. I liked that it actually came with two twin layers that can be synchronised to work as one. This allows us the flexibility to change to a split king later. What I don’t like is that the preset Zero gravity setting is not even close to other zero gravity beds that we shopped. It is almost sitting upright. It also is pretty noisy compared to others. We are still making up our minds as to whether we will keep it. The only tough part of the entire assembly process was lugging the rather heavy box through the house. Once the Power Layer was on the bed frame, it could not have been easier. We have a very long, but very narrow room, and the bed frame has absolutely no wiggle room. The Power Layer, however, is a couple of inches shorter than our frame, so laying it down was no problem at all. We were also a little skeptical that our 18-inch inner spring mattress would not "fold" enough. There was no need for concern. I would recommend a thinner mattress, but if an 18-incher is what you have, it will work. We are 100% satisfied. United States VERY GOOD Works well, and is relatively quiet. Totally worth it if you want to convert an existing bed to a convertible. That said, two things to know in advance. One is that the frame some in one (hinged) piece from head to foot, so you have to be able to manage the entire weight of it. That's bad product design. It should be two pieces, separated where it currently is hinged, with structural and cable connectors at that location. This is a big deal. Two, In normal use, it sips around a bit over the box spring or other platform you put it on. I solved this by interposing some silicone sheeting. Somethign of that sort should pre-glued or easily applied to the bottom of the frame.
