To: All McElroy Suppliers

We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an exciting
development at McElroy Manufacturing in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening an additional facility at
3000 N Hemlock Circle, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. This facility is scheduled to
start taking deliveries in the May to June timeframe. While our other locations
will continue to serve as delivery points, we want to ensure that this new
location is established in your system to facilitate seamless operations for
McElroy.

As a valued supplier to McElroy Manufacturing, your prompt attention to updating
your records with the address of our new facility would be greatly appreciated.
This will help us ensure that deliveries are made accurately and efficiently to
the correct location.

Please make the necessary updates to your system to reflect our additional
facility address. If you require any additional information or assistance during
this transition, please do not hesitate to contact our procurement department.

Subject: New Login Information for the McElroy Vendor Portal

Beginning January 4, 2024, your login to the McElroy Vendor Portal will change.

What will change:
Your userid will be your full email address. Shared logins will no longer be
allowed.
Your password has not changed.

What you need to do:
1. Verify the email address associated with your account by visiting the "My
Account" button on the McElroy Vendor Portal. Correct as needed.
2. Beginning January 4, 2024 simply use your full email address and existing
password when you login to the McElroy Vendor Portal.
Vendors can reset their passwords if they have forgotten.

McElroy will be closed November 23rd and 24th in observation of Thanksgiving,
December 25th and 26th in observation of Winter Holidays, and January 1st in
observation of New Years.

Additionally, please take notice that beginning at 12:00PM (noon) on December
28, 2023, McElroy Manufacturing, Inc. will stop receiving product until January
2, 2024. If you have orders to be delivered on the December 28th - January 1st,
please reach out to your buyer to align delivery dates.

To: All McElroy Suppliers

We want to inform you about an important update regarding our non-conformance
parts Return Material Authorization (RMA) policy, which will begin enforcing
November 15, 2023. As part of our continuous efforts to streamline our
operations and improve our quality control processes, we will begin adhering to
our policy for requiring an RMA within 10 business days. After November 15, if
we have not received an RMA request for a non-conforming part, it will be deemed
as scrap and a debit will be issued accordingly.

This policy is aimed at ensuring that non-conformance parts are addressed
promptly, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of product quality and
customer satisfaction. Please note the following important details regarding
this policy:



 1. Effective Date: This will take effect from November 15, 2023.
 2. 10 Business Day RMA Requirement: Any non-conforming part must have an RMA
    request submitted within 10 business days of identification. This time frame
    is non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.
 3. Scrap and Debit: Failure to submit an RMA within the specified timeframe
    will result in the non-conforming part being scrapped, and a debit will be
    issued to the respective account.
 4. RMA Submission Process: Please ensure that the RMA submission process is
    followed correctly. Detailed instructions and guidance for RMA submission
    can be found in our RMA policy documentation.



We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances or challenges that
could affect your ability to adhere to this timeline. In such cases, please
contact your Buyer immediately to discuss your situation and explore possible
solutions. It is crucial that all team members involved in quality control,
procurement, and shipping are aware of this policy change and the associated
consequences. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy to ensure the
highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. If you have any

that have been updated to list WWU with our Fed Ex account number due to the
volatile negotiations going on with the Teamsters and UPS. This will impact all
future purchase orders until further notice. Fed Ex account number is
779-028-879.

For all open POs, please use our Fed Ex account number and if you have any
issues, please reach out to your Buyer.

To: All McElroy Suppliers

McElroy is thrilled to announce the addition of a fourth campus, located in
Broken Arrow, a suburb of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

This new facility will provide an additional 193,000 square feet of space for
McElroy operations, including a planned showcase assembly operation responsible
for roughly 40% of McElroy's annual business. The extensive office space
available at the new Broken Arrow Campus will allow McElroy to relocate all
customer-facing departments while providing for future growth needs as well.
Other McElroy facilities at 5124 South 100th East Avenue and the legacy
facilities at 833 North Fulton will be repurposed to support other product
families in the growing product line.
