 * TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT (SUPPORT TEAM)
   
   PlutoNode is in search of proactive Technical Support Agents responsible for
   resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth post-sales support
   experience. Your role will be pivotal in assisting customers with all kinds
   of technical queries.
   
   
   
   Requirements:
   
   ▪ Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
   
   ▪ Previous experience in a technical support role within the hosting
   industry.
   
   ▪ The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent
   communication skills.
   
   ▪ The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced
   environment.
   
   ▪ Advanced technical knowledge related to the services we offer.
   
   ▪ Experience using the Pterodactyl and DirectAdmin control panels.
   
   
   
   Responsibilities:
   
   ▪ You'll be constantly interacting with customers in a high-volume
   environment.
   
   ▪ You'll be expected to handle technical support tickets through our Client
   Area.
   
   ▪ You'll be directly reporting to the Support Manager, and escalating tickets

 * BILLING SUPPORT AGENT (SUPPORT TEAM)
   
   PlutoNode is in search of proactive Billing Support Agents responsible for
   addressing billing inquiries and ensuring a smooth post-sales support
   experience. Your role will be pivotal in assisting customers with all kinds
   of billing and account related queries. This includes refunds, cancellations,
   payments, and more.
   
   
   
   Requirements:
   
   ▪ Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
   
   ▪ Previous experience in a billing support role within the hosting industry.
   
   ▪ The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent
   communication skills.
   
   ▪ The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced

   customers in their queries, pitch our products to the wider community, and
   offer pre-sales support. You'll be instrumental in selling our products, and
   answering any questions regarding them.
   
   
   
   Requirements:

   ▪ Previous experience in a sales or customer-service role within any
   industry.
   
   ▪ The ability to speak and write in fluent English, alongside excellent
   communication skills.
   
   ▪ The ability to work independently or as part of a team, within a fast-paced

   ▪ Solid understanding of our products, policies and overall brand.
   
   
   
   Responsibilities:
   
   ▪ You'll be constantly interacting with customers in a high-volume
   environment.

   ▪ Previous experience in a marketing or graphic design role, within any
   industry.

   ▪ Solid understanding of our overall brand identity, mission and product
   portfolio.
   
   
   
   Responsibilities:
   
   ▪ You'll be creating visually engaging graphics and illustrations for sales
   and marketing campaigns.
   
   ▪ You'll be developing and maintaining a constant brand identity for the
   company.
   
   ▪ You’ll be directly reporting to the Marketing Manager to plan and execute
