I went in with a certain vehicle in mind within a certain price and these guys
made it happen. Everyone was nice and they worked tirelessly to get me the
vehicle I wanted. You have earned my future business. My salesman Nino Brown was
very professional as well as personable. Go see these guys if you are in the
market for a used car.

Our salesman was Jaquez, very helpful young man. Everyone there was polite and
courteous even with our 3 children acting wild. We where in a bind due to my
wife totaling her previous car and with their patience and help they where able
to get my wife and children back into a trustworthy vehicle and we couldn't be
happier. Appreciate everything guys and gals!

Just purchased a 2016 Ford Flex for our family from Devin & Tom Weiss at Ole Ben
Franklin Motors Alcoa. The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing
as they went above & beyond to get us where we wanted to be with the numbers.
There was never any pressure just genuine helpfulness. We will definitely keep
in contact shall we need anything at all and have the trust that they will bend
over backwards to help however they can. Definitely recommend to all family &
friends that need or want to purchase a vehicle. It is hard to find genuine
people now a days especially when sales r involved. Usually have to be cautious
& weary at all times but u could feel the difference as soon as u make contact
with them and drive onto their lot that they r different & very family focused.
Love that!! Our 6yr old Dalton even had a good time during what normally could
have been a very serious & stressful situation but was anything but. He said he
made a new friend in Devin & Tom & we couldn’t agree more!!! Thanks for
everything & good luck on your future endeavors!!!

My rating is not due to the fact that I was unable to get a car (not the one I
was interested in by the way) but how business was conducted. I saw a vehicle I
was interested in online and I went to the dealership to view that vehicle but
once I got there the sales rep did not know said vehicle was there. Another
sales rep told him where it was on the lot and instead of looking for that
particular one he stops at the first one he saw that was the same model but
$10,000 more. I should have left then, since it was out of my price range. That
was my first mistake. Second mistake was giving both my information and husbands
information without my husband being there. I was told it would be a soft hit on
credit and would only submit to a FEW finance companies but they had to have my
husband's permission to run his credit. They had me text my husband to get his
ok in writing. Not only did I text him but I called him as well and he did not
answer. I told them to just run MY credit. Not only did they run my credit and
submit it to 9+ creditors (I have credit karma and it keeps me informed) they
ran my husband's credit after I told them to just run mine since he NEVER
approved for them to run his credit. Now he has 9+ hits also. And on top of it
all once tje salesman knew I wasn't going to put $3,000 down his whole demeanor
changed. That is the reason why I rated it a 2 star. And I gave it a 2 instead
of a 1 due to the receptionist was extremely nice.

Today the guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa really saved me. My 2 yr old
Lincoln MKZ was showing low battery in the key so I decided to change the
batteries in both key fobs. They came apart easily but over 2 hrs later a total
of 4 intelligent adults were unable to put them back together, so I am thinking
I have to drive all the way into Knoxville to the delearship where I purchased
the car. I had company coming and really didn’t have time but my car was useless
until I did. So I jumped into my old Ford truck and took off. On the way I
passed Ole Ben Franklin Motors so I thought why not try to see if they could do
it. I walked in and explained my problem and the first guy asked if I bought the
car from them. I said no and he said OK and went right to work on the fob. After
a couple of minutes he decided there must be some trick to it and walked me over
to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom immediately smiled at me, took the fob and
went to work on it. It took him about 4-5 minutes but he got it together and
handed it back to me. I thought I may be pushing my luck a bit but took the
other fob out of the bag and asked if he would do that one too. It was in 4
pieces so soon a delightful young named Mitchell walked up and between them both
they got the second one back together. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for your
graciousness. I was treated like their best customer ever even though they knew
I had never purchased anything from them. They are the kind of people I love
doing business with so I will give them a try the next time I need a car.
