Search: HELP CENTER >EXCHANGES & RETURNS REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN Returns and exchanges are always free for U.S. orders within 60 days of purchase! We simply ask that you keep the original tags on the product (underwear should be unworn in the original, unopened polybag) in order for the product to qualify for exchanges or returns. Requesting an exchange or return is easy, just follow these steps.: 1. Request a free shipping label here. 2. Once complete, we'll send a shipping label via email for you to print. You can leave it in your mailbox, with your local UPS location and we’ll take care of the rest. Don't have a printer? No problem. Learn how to receive a return label here! 3. To check the status of your return be sure to check your email for a confirmation that your return or exchange has been processed. 4. From there, you can click the portion of the email that states "View Your Return" This will direct you to the Returns Center in which you can check on the status of your return. Please note: If you have a military or American Territories address, you will be provided with a USPS label and your return package can be dropped off at your local post office. If the item you are returning is eligible for an exchange, you may request an exchange at the time you process your return. To exchange for a different size or color of the same product, simply select your new size from the drop down menu. Please note exchanges for new colors can only be for items at the same price point. If you do not see the size you are looking for, it means it is unavailable in that style and color at this time. To exchange for a different style, click through the return process and request a refund. You can then place a new order on our site. If you are exchanging an item, we'll send your new order via standard shipping after your return is dropped off. Alternatively, you can use your credit card to get your new items sent immediately with an Instant Exchange. You’ll only pay if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days.
