entered information has been stored or processed.

We ask you to always be vigilant and exercise caution when you receive an email,
especially if the email has hyperlinks and/or documents or asks you to perform
an action (such as providing information).

Please inform Cybersecurity of any suspicious emails that you receive. We will
check it for you and let you know whether it's safe to open. Remember it's
always better to be safe than sorry. It's better if you check an email that ends
up being safe than to assume it is and open it then expose yourself and RSG to
potential harm.

Below are some indicators that you should look out for when checking an email.
Note that not all of them might be present in a phishing email.

1- If you check the sender's email, you will see that it's unusual, has a
spelling mistake and uses an unconventional domain extension (i.e. ".co")

2- The email's subject and the email body use a lot of uppercase words to try to
grab your attention.

3- In the email body, the message is mass-addressed with a generic salutation
(e.g. Greetings, Dear, Hi, etc.). It also contains spelling mistakes.

4- Hovering over the link without clicking on it would show you the real address
to which it would redirect you. It is clear that this is a fake website.

إطمئن، كانت هذه مجرد رسالة تصيدية إختبارية من إدارة الأمن السيبراني بشركة البحر
الأحمر الدولية. لم يتم الإحتفاظ بأية معلومات تم إدخالها من قبلك.

نرجو منك توخي الحذر دوماً عند إستلامك لأي بريد إالكتروني، خصوصاً إذا كان يحتوي
على روابط خارجية او مرفقات او يطلب منك المرسل القيام بعملٍ ما (مثل إعطاء بعض
المعلومات).

نرجو إبلاغ إدارة الأمن السيبراني في حال إستلام أي رسالة مشبوهة. سنقوم بالتحقق
منها وإبلاغك إذا كانت آمنة ام لا. تذكر انه من الأفضل دائما اخذ الإحتياط الإضافي
والتحقق من رسالة يتبيّن لاحقاً أنها آمنة من حصول عكس ذلك، مما قد يعرضك وشركة
البحر الأحمر الدولية للمخاطرة.

بالأسفل بعض المؤشرات التي يلزمكم التحقق منها في اي بريد إلكتروني. نرجو ملاحظة
أنه ليس بالضرورة تواجد كل هذه المؤشرات في الرسائل التصيّدية.

1- عند التحقق من عنوان المرسل، ستلاحظ انه غير مألوف ويوجد به أخطاء إملائية ويقوم
بإستخدام نطاق من القليل إستخدامه  (.co)

2- عنوان الرسالة ومحتواها يحتويان على الكثير من الحروف الكبيرة لمحاولة الحصول
على إنتباهك لتقوم بالضغط على الرابط.

3- في محتوى الرسالة، تلاحظ انها مرسلة إلى مجموعة كبيرة وغير محددة من الأشخاص
بإستخدام كلمات ترحيبية عامة (مثل Greetings, Dear, Hi، إلخ). تحتوي الرسالة كذلك
على اخطاء إملائية وتنسيقية.

4- بوضع مؤشر الفأرة فوق الرابط بدون الضغط عليه، يتبين لك العنوان الحقيقي التي
ستقوم الرسالة بتحويلك اليه، وهو واضح انه موقع غير رسمي.



5- The page to which the email redirected you has bad grammar, punctuation and
structure.

5- الصفحة التي تم تحويلك إليها يوجد بها العديد من الأخطاء الإملائية والنحوية
ومحتواها ركيك.
