An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people

for the event , and you accept the risks of entering the facilities where Visa
is hosting an event and, to the extent allowable under applicable law, waive any
claims for any personal injury or other loss related to contracting COVID-19 or
similar diseases, including any claim arising from or related to any negligence
of Visa, or an employee or agent of Visa.
