active, you'll need an active account to enable you stream our service.

IF MY 24 HOURS FREE TRIAL EXPIRED, CAN I SIGN-UP AGAIN FOR ANOTHER FREE TRIAL?

NO. You cannot sign-up for free trial over and over. When the 24 hours free
trial is expired you must SUBSCRIBE and choose any of our service plan to
continue streaming.
Remember, your device MAC ADDRESS is recorded when you use the trial service;
and it only allows one-time free trial use per device. These help us prevent
users that try to fraud our system.
if you try to fraud us by signing up for multiple free trial account - You will
get INVALID DETAIL message when trying to login to stream through our WebTV or
Apps.

WHERE ARE THE LIVE TV CHANNELS EPG - ELECTRONIC PROGRAM GUIDE?

Some channels do have EPG available. But firstly, you've to run the UPDATE
Button located on top the app dashboard, that will help refresh your media
contents (Live TV, EPG, VOD, and Series).

Each TV channel have their respective EPG displayed beneath their screen if that
channel render EPG.
You can also view the collective EPG by navigating the EPG GUIDE button.

SHOULD I DO?

When you setup your account with us makes sure you do not put email address in
USERNAME section. Your username should not contain email like...
( anyname@anydomain.com ).
