ABOUT


HI, I'M AMY!

I am a practicing Oncology Massage & Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and a BRCA1+
breast cancer previvor/survivor.

This online learning platform is for women who are living with a breast cancer
experience and want to feel more empowered in understanding and caring for their
bodies, as they are now.

With over a decade of professional experience in integrative oncology, along
with my own breast cancer experience, I have learned that it's the little things
we do in our day to day lives that have the biggest impact on how we heal and
recover.

I love that my in-person clients can benefit from my hands but what I've seen
time and again is that those who who learn to use and trust THEIR hands are the
ones who see the most significant results.

Not just in the transformation of physical scars but in healing their mental and
emotional wounds as well. 

I am so honored and excited to teach you how to use simple, practical, and
effective self-care skills to:

 * improve the look and feel of your scars
 * increase your range of motion
 * reduce your risk of developing breast cancer-related lymphedema
 * manage your early stage lymphedema diagnosis
 * connect with your body and deepen your self-acceptance.
 * learn to love yourself, as you are now!

What I teach in these workshops and courses are self-care activities and
techniques that are designed to be easy to learn, simple to put into practice,
and easy to integrate into your day to day life.
