The Fannie Mae Mortgage Production and Tracking Technology Portal enables our
business partners to interact more efficiently with Fannie Mae. Please use this
portal for the following activities:
 * Inquiry Management: The Inquiry Response Tool provides our business partners
   the ability to submit, track and communicate with Fannie Mae on expense
   reimbursement claims. If you have a question or require a status on an
   existing claim, excess fee or cost, please submit your inquiry. Your request
   will be captured and responded to within the tool. Check the tool often to
   review our responses and to check for items requiring further clarification
   or documentation.
 * HECM Claims Packaging: The HUD Claim Packaging Tool provides an automated
   delivery of the HUD Single-Family Application for Insurance Benefits (27011)
   Parts B, C, and D packages for your Fannie Mae HECM portfolio. Your packages
   will be delivered via the application and may be downloaded for inclusion in
   your final package.
 * Post Claims Documentation Request: In the event a paid expense is flagged for
   a post-payment review, and additional documentation is required to remediate
   a possible collection to Fannie Mae, this portal will trigger notifications
   to Servicers and Vendors. Servicers and Vendors will have the ability to
   electronically upload the necessary documentation, or communicate when they
   will remit funds back to Fannie Mae. Please check this portal daily.

This functionality is under construction and will be available to new vendors
once completed. Until then, please email IRT_Setup@fanniemae.com for
registration.
