There are a total of 1956 MEME VIP PASS NFTs, of which 1467 will be minted for
free by whitelist users, and an additional 489 will be airdropped to NON PLAYER
(NPC) holders. The minting process will be divided into four phases:


PHASE 1 — FREEMINT

 * Time: November 7, 2023, from 10:00 to 20:00 (UTC+8)
 * Supply: 1267 MEME VIP PASS NFTs
 * Eligibility: Origin Whitelist

Rules: A total of 1267 MEME VIP PASS NFTs will be minted for free during this
phase for the Origin Whitelist participants. In this phase, each Origin
Whitelist can mint a maximum of 1 MEME VIP PASS. Any remaining quantities will
be carried over to Phase 2.


PHASE 2 — FREEMINT

 * Time: November 7, 2023, from 20:00 to 21:00 (UTC+8)
 * Supply: 200 MEME VIP PASS NFTs
 * Eligibility: FCFS Whitelist

Rules: If there are any remaining MEME VIP PASS NFTs from Phase 1, a total of
3000 FCFS Whitelist members will have priority to mint. Afterward, the minting
process for the original 200 MEME VIP PASSes in Phase 2 will commence. If no
NFTs are left from Phase 1, the entire 3000 FCFS Whitelist members will have the
opportunity to mint the 200 MEME VIP PASS NFTs in Phase 2 on a first-come,
first-served basis. Each FCFS Whitelist member can mint a maximum of 1 MEME VIP
PASS in this phase.


PHASE 3 — AIRDROP

 * Time: November 7, 2023, 21:00–23:00 (UTC+8)
 * Supply: 489 MEME VIP PASS NFTs
 * Eligibility: NON PLAYER (NPC) holders

Rules: We will take a snapshot of NON PLAYER (NPC) holding addresses just before
the airdrop (please follow our X/Twitter for the specific snapshot time). A 1:1
airdrop will be conducted based on this snapshot.


PHASE 4 — UNBOX

 * Time: Starting from November 8, 2023, 6:00 (UTC+8)

Rules: MEME VIP PASS NFTs will be divided into four rarities: Common, Rare,
Epic, and Legendary.
