#METLIFETAKEOVER

The #MetLifeTakeover is DolfansNYC's yearly trip to the Dolphins at Jets game in
New Jersey. We take over multiple sections of MetLife Stadium and average over
1000 fans all sitting together. We throw a massive tailgate before the game, as
well as a pregame party at our bar Slattery's Midtown Pub.

With the money raised from ticket sales, the tailgate and Dolfans NYC merch &
raffles, we have been able to donate over $100,000 to different charities. We
are even a non-profit charity ourselves.



Past tailgate guests have included Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, CEO Tom
Garfinkel, SVP and Dolphins legend Nat Moore and players such as The Marks
Brothers, Sam Madison, Kim Bokamper, Jim "Crash" Jensen, Joe Rose, Shawn Wooden,
Terry Kirby, OJ McDuffie and many more. We've had plenty of Miami media figures
and podcast hosts out as well. We even had Fergie show up one year!

In addition, Joe Rose regularly films his pregame radio show live from our
tailgate and we have DJs and a live performance from Solo D keeping the party
going until kickoff.






2023 #METLIFETAKEOVER INFORMATION:

The 2023 #MetLifeTakeover takes place starting at 10am on Friday, November 24th
at MetLife Stadium. Buses arrive at 10am, tailgate officially begins at 11am and
the game starts at 3pm!



Please read this carefully! There's a bunch of information to go through, but we
are going to try to make this as clear as possible. If you have questions,
please read everything before emailing us. With 1000 people going every year the
amount of questions we get is pretty overwhelming. Thanks!

GAME TICKETS:

 * For the game you can purchase tickets from our new Shopify store!

 * Tickets are in the upper decks of MetLife Stadium because that's the only
   place you can sit 1000 people together.

 * This year we have an all new seat selection process where you will be able to
   choose your seats yourself! Within two weeks of purchase you will be emailed
   a code that will give you access to a seat selection page. Make sure you
   check the email you enter at checkout! 

 * Unfortunately prices are up across the board but we still will be offering
   early bird discounts.

 * Tickets are normally $120 but if you order them before the regular season
   starts they are only $110! 

 * Check your spam filter for your email confirmation!

 * If you need more than 10 tickets, please contact us at dolfansnyc@gmail.com.
   For every 10 tickets you buy, you get one free, but you must contact us
   before purchasing the tickets.

TRANSPORTATION:

 * We provide round trip bus transportation from our bar, Slattery's Midtown
   Pub.

 * Bus prices have not increased this year but there are more affordable (but
   less fun) transportation options from Penn Station if you are on a budget.

 * Seats on the bus cost $50 and include coffee and bagels at Slattery's before
   we leave.

 * There are only a limited number of bus seats and once they sell out that's
   it.

 * You will not be receiving a bus "ticket". Once you pay for your seat on the
   bus your name will be on a list to get a wristband at Slattery's on game day.

 * Buses leave from Slattery's at 9:45am on game day. Please arrive at least 30
   minutes early to get signed in. Slattery's will open at 9am and will be
   serving complimentary coffee and bagels.

TAILGATE:

 * The highlight of the #MetLifeTakeover has to be our massive tailgate party.

 * We have partnered with a company called Urban Tailgate to help us throw the
   best party possible.

 * They provide high end food, alcohol, games and of course entertainment with
   our live DJ and other guests.

 * And of course you are welcome to BYO and come hang out with us even if you
   don't pay for the Urban Tailgate experience.

 * The tailgate is in the Charter Bus Lot, L4. If you drive, you can't park in
   the bus lot, but you can get a Gold Parking pass to get as close as possible
   to us.

 * Urban Tailgate's prices have gone up because of food costs, but if you
   purchase directly from our site, you can save $25. Prices will go up
   September 10th!

 * We offer all you can eat and drink for $100 and a non alcoholic option for
   $75.

 * New this year: Kids under 10 eat free with adult purchase!

THE TOTAL PACKAGE:

 * Because we are now selling tailgate tickets directly we can offer a total
   package deal to buy game tickets, bus transportation and tailgate tickets for
   one low cost 

 * If you order before the start of the regular season you get everything for
   $250 per person! An unbeatable deal for a game ticket, all you can eat and
   drink AND round-trip bus transportation from NYC!

 * We have a non-alcoholic option as well for $225!
