SKIP HIRE

Book a skip 24/7 online and get a confirmation straight in your inbox. We have
the choice and flexibility to meet your needs, be it construction or
landscaping. From paperwork to permits, we’ll sort it, so all you need to do is
get on with your project.

ROLL-ON ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS

With bigger projects comes bigger recycling responsibility. Roll-on, roll-off
containers or ROROs are larger capacity skips that are ideal for any mixed
materials you no longer need. Flexible hire periods and sizes are available

Coastal Recycling can collect and dispose of asbestos waste by taking it to our
own licensed facility. Our range of enclosed skips, with lockable lids, means
you can store asbestos materials onsite safely, until we collect it.

Coastal Recycling can collect and dispose of electric and e-waste at our own
licensed facility in Devon. We can collect a variety of items such as fridges,
freezers, microwaves, TVs and computer equipment. You can put these items in
your skip, declare them on booking and we can arrange their collection.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY WASTE OR RECYCLING AFTER IT’S COLLECTED?

Once collected it’s taken to one of our licensed waste transfer stations, here
it is either processed to recover recyclable and reusable materials for
reprocessing into new goods or other uses, or bulked for onward transport to a
range of recycling, recovery or disposal facilities.

HOW MUCH OF MY WASTE IS RECYCLED, RECOVERED OR REUSED?

We aim to recycle, recover or reuse as much of the material we collect as
possible, on average our operations achieve a recycling and recovery rate
exceeding 90% for mixed materials.

HOW LONG CAN I HIRE A SKIP FOR?

The usual hire period is two weeks for our skips, should the hire period need to
be extended for your project, a weekly rental fee may be applied. We will aim to
collect it from you on a day that is suitable for you, within your hire period.
If you know you need the skip removed on a certain day, make sure you tell us
when you order the skip. Prices include two weeks of hire. Collection is
automatically booked in for two weeks from the start date, unless advised
otherwise. If required for an extended period of time a rental fee of £20.00+VAT
for skips and £25.00+VAT for ROROs will be charged per each additional week of
hire.
