A NEW FACTORY AT THE STATE OF THE ART



EMSPROTO takes on a new dimension, after a dazzling and exciting evolution since
the launch of the first web platform EMSPROTO.com on July 1, 2015.

This rapid development is leading us today to a total resizing of our production
plant. We are moving from our first building of 400m² to a brand new factory of
more than 2000m², which we have completely designed and adapted to our activity.
It is a factory that is above all ecological, with reinforced insulation, a free
cooling ventilation system to limit electricity consumption and an 83KW solar
panel shade which greatly reduces our carbon footprint when you use our
services. Indeed, we are almost autonomous in electrical energy!

We are investing heavily in the production tool with the purchase of 2 new SMT
lines, the addition of automation on the current line, the purchase of an
automatic wired cabling machine. We are also investing in more advanced
automation and control means such as the latest generation 3D Viscom AOI out of
the oven on the 3 CMS lines. A SMT line will be equipped with new and latest
generation Mycronic machines, a MY700 for jetting and a MY300-DX for pick ans
place, to ensure faster assembly and support increasingly complex component
packages.

We are passionate about electronics and motivated by our customers, we have
decided to expand the services offered by adding cable assembly, coating, X-ray
radiography, and soon enclosures machining, integration of products, as well as
many other options such as adding labels, saving RX pictures of your boards,….

Several specialized centers have been created in the plant as well as the hiring
of expert people.

We have been working for 2 years on this new platform, based on a new coding
technology to allow us many more possibilities for the future. The EMSFACTORY
platform offers you all the new online services and options. In just a few
clicks, you can cost and order all your electronic projects. A great novelty,
the CAD tool for your wire cabling, allows you to draw, create your cord or
harnesses from our library of connectors and cabling wires and obtain a price
automatically.

 * Optimization of the supplier research algorithm

Indeed, we are no longer a “small prototypist”, we are becoming a real factory
with several production units and several specialized services. We are always

www.emsproto.com. To place a new order you must use the new interface
www.emsfactory.com. Your account has been pre-created on the new EMSFACTORY
platform, you must have received an email to finalize the creation of your
account.. Unfortunately projects created on www.emsproto.com cannot be
transferred to www.emsfactory.com, because the technology and the fields are
completely different. You will have to recreate them, for that you can donwload
the BOM of your project from the BOM editor on www.emsproto.com. For any help or
assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our teams by the contact form or
