Robust efficacy

LCGA-17 demonstrates both rapid and long-lasting anxiolytic and antidepressant
activity without adverse effects through inhibition of a2d subunit of VGCC
receptors.

CHM-273 mimics the physiology of digestive system hormones - decreasing weighta
and appetite and normaling glucose metabolism. It has a multimodal mechanism of
action with Neuropeptide S receptor as a primary target.

With the help of patent attorneys at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP, we are
building an extensive Intellectual property portfolio for our assets.
