     Extremely Gorgeous hotel. Restaurant menu wasn't what I was expecting after
     being ignored by the staff for 20mins. We stood there for 20 minutes
     waiting to be seated, it was only after a white gentleman got in line to be

     Great location for access to most of the Houston Medical Complex.
     Overall nice hotel and good service. Pricey especially if you use any of
     their restaurant / bar services. My suggestion, go to the street level and
     get better quality and service at a much reduced cost.

     Best hotel and at a decent price. Had great gym, hotel restaurant was very
     good. The pool looked nice and will try next time I am in town. Lastly the
     ac unit in my room worked like a champ and allowed for the perfect night

     WESTIN HOUSTIN MEDICAL CENTER
     
     Family of 4. My wife and I with our two kids. Spent 3nights. Clean Hotel,
     friendly staff. Good food at restaurant, unfortunately no microwave in my
     room. You are expected to leave your room with whatever you want to heat,
     get to the lobby and request to use a microwave at the cafeteria. Oh what
     inconvenience! What a mess. Very unfortunate. No I can’t go there anymore.
     I will never refer a friend.

     NICE ROOM, BUT UNDERSTAFFED
     
     Nice room and amenities. Reasonably priced. Understaffed dining area and
     front desk. It took an hour for breakfast (~$25 per person). During
     checkout the guest in front of us has a dispute with the staff over the
     bill, and we had to wait for 10+ minutes to check out because of the lack
     of staff.
