Cigna and INTEGRIS Health are continuing their contract negotiations and have
agreed to a three-week contract extension while they finalize the remaining
details of the new contract. This extension ensures there will be no disruption
to patients and INTEGRIS services will continue to be in-network as the
agreement is finalized. The new contract is anticipated to go into effect July
22.

The agreement includes INTEGRIS Health hospitals and ancillary services, their
employed network of physicians and INTEGRIS Health joint venture partners.
