TEAM

GRIDWORK is led by Charlie. He fell in love with the grid transition while
running New York City Department of Education's Demand Response program.
Building "peakers" via Demand Response led him to go to Con Edison to learn how
the sausage is made. In his 7 years at Con Edison, he was involved directly or
tangentially in all aspects of DER's from program operations to forecasting to
strategy.
