Alda is fully GDPR compliant and goes beyond compliancy measures of preserving
data anonymity for responses to The Inclusion Survey. In order to ensure
anonymity, and that data cannot be traced to individuals, the following steps
are taken:

 * Participation in The Inclusion Survey does not require any login, but instead
   participants will receive an invitation by email.
   
   

 * While a participant is taking The Inclusion Survey, their responses are not
   stored. This is done to ensure that the responses cannot be linked to
   participants' email address.
   
   

 * When a participant completes The Inclusion Survey, their email address is
   deleted and replaced with a random value.
   
   

 * Each participant's responses are grouped together with an arbitrary and
   impersonal value. Each value is used only once, i.e. there is no connection
   across multiple instances of The Inclusion Survey for the same individual.
   
   

 * Once analysed, responses are always filtered before they are displayed in the
   Alda SaaS platform. Filters assess whether the data reaches a minimum number
   and ensure that the data is non-personally identifiable. If this minimum is
   not reached, the data is filtered out.
   
   

 * Customers cannot get access to raw data from The Inclusion Survey, only
   displayed charts and graphs in the Alda SaaS platform.
   
   

 * Inclusion Survey data is displayed in Alda's Inclusion Index and broken down
   according to different social groups, e.g. by gender, age, etc. The filters
   are activated down to every single group. Thus, data may be displayed for
   certain large groups but never for smaller ones.

LÝSING Á ÓPERSÓNUGREININGU GAGNA HJÁ ÖLDU 

Alda leggur höfuðáherslu á að svör þátttakenda í inngildingarkönnuninni séu
ópersónugreinanleg. Til þess að tryggja nafnleysi og að gögn séu ekki rekjanleg
til einstaklinga eru eftirfarandi skref tekin: 

 * Þátttaka í könnuninni krefst ekki neinnar innskráningar en í staðinn fá
   þátttakendur boð í tölvupósti.
   
   

 * Á meðan könnun stendur eru svör ekki geymd til að tryggja að ekki sé hægt að
   tengja þau við tölvupóstföng þátttakenda. 
   
   

 * Þegar þátttakandi lýkur könnun er tölvupóstfangi eytt og handahófskennt gildi
   sett í staðinn.
   
   

 * Svör hvers þátttakanda eru hópuð saman með handahófskenndu og ópersónulegu
   gildi. Hvert gildi er einungis notað einu sinni og þ.a.l. er engin tenging
   þvert á útsendar kannanir fyrir sömu persónu. 
   
   

 * Greining á svörum fara alltaf í gegnum síur áður en þær eru sýndar. Síur meta
   hvort gögnin nái lágmarksfjölda og tryggja að gögnin séu ópersónugreinanleg.
   Sé þessu lágmarki ekki náð eru þau gögn síuð út. 
   
   

 * Greiningargögn eru brotin niður eftir ólíkum hópum t.d. eftir kyni, aldri
   o.s.frv. Síurnar eru virkjaðar niður á hvern einasta hóp. Þannig gætu gögn
   borist fyrir ákveðna stóra hópa en ekki fyrir þá smærri.

W ANKIECIE DOTYCZĄCEJ WŁĄCZENIA? JESTEŚ W ODPOWIEDNIM MIEJSCU!

Dla zapewnienia anonimowości odpowiedzi w ankiecie dotyczącej włączenia, Alda
zachowuje pełną zgodność z RODO oraz stosuje w tym celu dodatkowe środki. Aby
zapewnić anonimowość i uniemożliwić przypisanie danych do poszczególnych osób,
podejmowane są następujące kroki:

 1. Udział w ankiecie dotyczącej włączenia nie wymaga logowania. Zamiast tego
    uczestnicy otrzymują zaproszenie pocztą elektroniczną.

 2. Podczas wypełniania ankiety odpowiedzi nie są zapisywane. Dzięki temu
    odpowiedzi nie można powiązać z adresami e-mail uczestników.

 3. Po udzieleniu odpowiedzi adres e-mail respondenta jest usuwany i zastępowany
    losową wartością.

 4. Odpowiedzi poszczególnych osób są grupowane według losowej, bezosobowej
    wartości. Każda wartość jest używana tylko raz, tj. nie istnieje powiązanie
    między wieloma instancjami ankiety dotyczącej włączenia dla tej samej osoby.

 5. Po przeanalizowaniu odpowiedzi zawsze są filtrowane, a dopiero później
    umieszczane na platformie Alda SaaS. Filtry oceniają, czy dane osiągają
    minimalną liczbę i zapewniają, że dane nie umożliwiają identyfikacji
    konkretnej osoby. Jeśli to minimum nie zostaje osiągnięte, dane są
    odfiltrowywane.

 6. Klienci nie mogą uzyskać dostępu do nieprzetworzonych danych z ankiety
    dotyczącej włączenia, a jedynie do wykresów i diagramów wyświetlanych na
    platformie Alda SaaS.

 7. Dane z ankiety dotyczącej włączenia są ujmowane w indeksie włączenia Alda
    w podziale na różne grupy społeczne, m.in. według płci, wieku itp. Filtry są
    aktywowane dla każdej grupy. Tym samym dane mogą być wyświetlane dla pewnych
    dużych grup, ale nigdy dla mniejszych.

Alda følger personvernforordningen (GDPR) og strekker seg lengre enn
retningslinjene tilsier for å bevare deltakernes anonymitet i
inkluderingsundersøkelsen. For å sikre anonymitet, og at opplysninger ikke kan
spores tilbake til enkeltpersoner, tar Alda følgende grep: 

 1. Deltakelse i inkluderingsundersøkelsen krever ikke innlogging, men deltakere
    mottar i stedet en invitasjon per epost. 

 2. Når en deltaker tar inkluderingsundersøkelsen, blir ikke vedkommendes svar
    lagret. Dette for å sikre at svarene ikke kan kobles til deltakerens
    epost-adresse. 

 3. Når en deltaker fullfører inkluderingsundersøkelsen, blir vedkommendes
    epost-adresse slettet og erstattet med en tilfeldig verdi. 

 4. Hver deltakers svar blir satt sammen med en tilfeldig og upersonlig verdi.
    Hver verdi brukes bare én gang, det vil si at samme forbindelse ikke opptrer
    flere ganger i inkluderingsundersøkelsen for hver enkelt deltaker. 

 5. Så snart de er analysert, blir svarene alltid filtrerte før de vises i Aldas
    SaaS plattform. Filtrene vurderer hvorvidt opplysningene ligger over et
    minimum og sikrer at opplysningene ikke er personlig identifiserbare. Ligger
    de ikke over minimum, blir opplysningene filtrert ut. 

 6. Kunder kan ikke få adgang til rå-data fra inkluderingsundersøkelsen, bare
    tilgjengelige diagrammer og grafer i Alda SaaS-plattformen. 

 7. Opplysninger fra inkluderingsundersøkelsen er synlige i Aldas
    inkluderingsindeks, og delt opp på grunnlag av ulike sosiale grupper, f.eks.
    kjønn, alder, osv. Filterne aktiveres for hver enkelt gruppe. Slik kan man
    se opplysninger for enkelte store grupper, men aldri for mindre grupper.
