Ned Tozun and Sam Goldman announced at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting
today that their 12-year-old solar energy company has officially impacted
100,000,000 people in 70 countries globally.


D.LIGHT WELCOMES INVESTMENT FROM SHELL ON ITS JOURNEY TO IMPACT 100 MILLION
LIVES

Shell’s investment will support d.light in its next phase of continued
profitable growth as it positively impacts millions of customers, while giving
several early investors a successful exit


D.LIGHT RAISES $18 MILLION IN DEBT FINANCING

d.light, a pioneering manufacturer and provider of solar power products, today
announced a $18 million investment from a consortium of lenders with a focus on
the renewable energy space including; two responsibility-managed funds,
SunFunder, DWM and SIMA.


HOW THIS ENTREPRENEUR IS TURNING A PROFIT IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

No matter the sector, business opportunities are now ripe in the Base of the
Pyramid (BoP) -- the largest and poorest worldwide population. The only question
is who will harvest them. d.light co-founder Sam Goldman intends for it to shine
on 100 million people by the start of the next decade.


A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR E-WASTE RECYCLING - D.LIGHT WINS SOLAR E-WASTE CHALLENGE

d.light has developed a pilot dubbed PICO-I aimed at incentivizing customers to
dispose of End of Life (EoL) and Out of Warranty (OOW) solar products at d.light
