A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE NIGHT TEAM :)
I had an incident late Thursday night/early Friday morning, and the
security and desk team went above and beyond to ensure everyone was safe.
It was truly incredible to see their level of service and coordination. I
was so impressed and grateful to them!!! They are all true rockstars!!!

WESTIN REGISTRATION STAFF SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NAWDPYS 2022
My room was pleasant the heat did work, because it was needed, as Charlotte
was experiencing very cold weather for that time of year. If the pool was
open to hotel goers, the review would have been higher.

ROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED OR RESTOCKED NOT HONEST WITH YOU WHEN YOU CHECK IN
ABOUT CHARGES
Rooms are not cleaned or restocked often even when they tell you they just
cleaned your room. They charge your card on file when the tell you at check
in that they will not charge your card that it is just to keep on file.

WOW!
The Westin Charlotte is perfect for a business conference and leisure. The
hotel is beautifully updated throughout. The rooms are plentiful and host a
wonderful walk-in shower with a relaxing rain head plus wand attachment.
The gym is a great size and has many equipment options plus a sauna. The
food at the conference I attended was beyond your typical conference food.
The Westin truly put thought into their menu. So, if you are planning a
conference, please make your attendees happy by making the brisket, pulled
pork, rolls, Mac & cheese, Collard greens, vegetarian rice, salad bar,
cookie dessert bar, pretzel/popcorn/pudding bar and smoothie breakfast
drinks some of your choices. It will not disappoint! Oh one last thing, the
conference room space was wonderful.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
This was one of the worst hotel/motel experiences I've had. From staff to
