SolCard is a revolutionary product, and like such, questions may arise.

Why haven't I still received my card?


Digital card issuance can take upto 4 hours. Please contact us on Telegram if
you are still pending a card.

What are the SolCard fees?


While $SOLC doesn't have any, SolCard prides itself on not having any hidden
fees. As such, there are only three main fees involved:

1 - Top-up Fee - 5%
2 - Refund Fee - 5%
3 - Foreign Transaction Fee - 1.5%
4 - Small Purchases Fee - $0.5

What is the minimum top-up for the card?


Currently, SolCard requires a mininum deposit of 0.5 SOL to use.

How secure is SolCard?


SolCard doesn't collect any user info. If you're worried about the legitimacy of
the product, we encourage you to contact members of our Telegram for previous
experience reports or SolCard employees for more information.

Are there limits to the SolCard?


Due to regulatory restrictions, we allow a maximum limit of $10,000 per month
topped-up. If you wish to increase this limit, please contact our support
(KYC is required).

Why is my SolCard not working on this merchant?


Unfortunately, SolCard doesn't work on every merchant, and there's nothing we
can do about that. We encourage you to try other payment methods or request a
refund of your balance via our dashboard.
