VIRTUAL CHESS

In this time of social distancing, our in-person events have been suspended.

Meanwhile, this is a great time to play online with chess.com or chesskid.com.
A couple of online groups have been created that you can join.  For players
above 1200, sign up at https://www.chess.com/club/sarasota-online-chess-club.
For those under 1200, go
to https://www.chess.com/club/sarasota-youth-chess-club.  Mark Hamel with the
Sarasota Youth Chess Club is a USCF-certified tournament director and will be
looking into possibly arranging online tournaments.
