STANDARD-SETTING CONTRACTS

Members of SEIU Healthcare 1199NW at Kaiser Permanente and MultiCare facilities
recently won contracts that set standards around pay and wage scales,
scheduling, staffing, funding for career advancement, racial justice, pay for
travel time, and retention of experienced coworkers, among other key issues.
