Four investment-scheme promoters have been fined $13,000 for distributing
unauthorised advertising materials in Discovery Bay.

The four - Christopher Marshall, Bryan Kelly, Annette Michelle Houlihan and
Daryl Paul Evans - were employed by TMT Financial Services, the Securities and
Futures Commission said.

Marshall and Kelly were fined $7,000 at Western Magistracy yesterday, while
Houlihan and Evans were fined $6,000.
