BOLINGBROOK ROTARY CLUB



The mission of Rotary is to provide business, professional and community leaders
an opportunity for service to others in order to benefit our community and our
world. We are part of Rotary International, a global network of 1.4 million
neighbors, friends, and leaders volunteer their skills and resources to solve
issues and address community needs.


MAC AND CHEESE FUNDRAISER



The 2024 Mac and Cheese Fundraiser will be held on March 9th, 2024 at the New
Life Lutheran Church, 249 N. Bolingbrook Drive Bolingbrook, IL 60440.
The annual Mac and Cheese Fundraiser is an event where several
“Chef-contestants” volunteer to cook their best Mac and Cheese recipes in hopes
of winning your votes. Guests sample each of the recipes and vote for their
favorites. Prizes are typically awarded to the top three choices.
Accompanying the Mac and Cheese are a variety of other food items such as
chicken nuggets, ice cream/custard, fruit pies, etc.
During the event we have several items you can win via various raffles.

There are a few different ways you can help the Mac and Cheese Event be a
success:
Buy tickets to the event:
 * $15 per adult
 * $10 per Child (children under 5 are free)

Sponsor the Event:
If you would like to sponsor the event, sponsorships are $250. Sponsors logos
and names will be displayed on each placemat distributed to guests and will be
featured on this website.
Purchase Raffle Tickets:

There will be multiple Raffles for the event:

 * Raffles for gift baskets and other smaller prizes will be sold at the event.
 * Raffles for larger prizes will be sold prior to the event via this website
   and at the event. Tickets for larger prizes are $10/each. You select the
   item(s) you want to bid on and we will make sure the tickets end up in the
   proper basket.
 * There will be a 50/50 raffle where you keep ½ of the money and the other half
   goes to helping our various causes.
