We have been using New Relic for years, today we got a synthetics alarm via
slack and when we log in to our account everything is gone, every application
from APM, Browser, Synthetics the whole kit and kaboodle!

Where has all our data gone and if it has why are we still getting alerts?

Hello - I’m seeing the exact same issue.

Just to add the only thing that is visible is Infrastructure data, all our
dashboards, APM apps, browser apps, synthetics monitors have gone

We are having the same issue. All APM data seems to have disappeared today.
Seems to have been showing fine this morning but disappeared around noon after a
refresh.

Infrastructure data is still visible to us.
