In-Sight 6.4.1 Hotfix to 6.4.0 firmware

-        In-Sight 6.4.1 firmware has important fixes to memory usage bugs in
6.4.0 firmware. 

 * Any cameras with 6.4.0 firmware should be upgraded to 6.4.1.  Affects all
   models.

-        This release also contains fixes to ExtractBlob's show graphics, as
well as TrainFlawModel's runtime performance.
