   of the program it will allow us to add new features
 * Change: Website visual styles have been updated, We've tried to keep the look
   the same from previous versions, changes will be implemented over time, after
   we've had time to test them.

   a report has been completed it can be downloaded for ten days after the
   initial request. Reports are stored and displayed per login. All future
   reports will follow this model and previously included reports will be
   migrated to use this method
