   combat)
 * Grief & Loss (Separation, Divorce, Estrangement from family, Chronic illness;
   Death)
 * Pain & Stress Management (Injuries, or Chronic Conditions causing stress and
   pain, such as MS, Arthritis, Chronic Fatigue, Back Pain; Problems related to
   the Work Environment, such as Work Overload, Conflict with Co-Workers or
   Supervisors; Time Management Issues)
 * Depression & Anxiety (Situational or Chronic Depression; Generalized anxiety
   or worry; Panic Attacks)
 * Compulsive Eating Problems & Eating Disorders
 * Behavior Issues; Addictive Behaviors, Behavior Modification (Eating; Shopping
   & Shop-lifting; Gambling; Problems with Sleep Hygiene; Misuse of Alcohol &
   Drugs)
 * Sexual Abuse & Assault (Child Sexual Abuse; Date Rape; Assault & Family
   Violence). I have worked in this area since 1978, and may treat and/or refer
   for supplemental services
 * Problem-solving, conflict resolution, finding solutions for couples &
   families (Couples desiring a more vibrant relationship, needing help to
   resolve conflict or work thru issues such as infidelity, betrayal, sexual
   concerns, family difficulties)

Prior Certification in E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)

Certified in Gestalt Psychotherapy for Children & Teens (Expressive Therapies)

Certified in School Social Work (Continuing Level ESA, Inactive Status) With
experience in regular classroom, special services, and alternative school
environments

Certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy (Ericksonian; Inactive Member Status) These
techniques are useful for stress & pain management, and guided imagery for
healing

Coaching for Success; Being Coach; Advanced Coaching (Maria Nemeth, Pd.D. &
Associates Training)

 

Provider for several insurance lines of: Aetna; Cigna; United Healthcare.
Sliding fee scale available.

 

Additional offerings for agencies & professionals:

 * Supervision & consultation to agencies on an "as needed" or regular basis
 * Approved supervision for Washington State Licensure
