How to submit an entry

You can enter The Asia Capital Markets Awards through a dedicated submissions
portal, which has been designed to make entering the awards as simple as
possible.

Entry rules

Please ensure you read the following entry rules before entering.

 1. The entering firm must be headquartered or have a physical office in Asia. 
 2. The consideration period is from May 2021 to April 2022.
 3. All entries must be in English and should not exceed 750 words. If entering
    multiple categories please fill out a separate entry for each. 
 4. All entries will remain confidential. 
 5. The Awards will close to entries on 15th July 2022.

Important notes

 1. You may only submit one entry per category for your own company or a company
    you represent.
 2. If submitting on behalf of a company then please ensure they are happy for
    you to do so, otherwise entries can be withdrawn.
 3. Please ensure the spelling of your company name or your nominee’s name is
    correct, as we will refer to your submission form for trophy engraving
    should you win.
 4. If there are insufficient nominations for an award, they may be merged with
    another one or removed from the list.

Top tips for putting together your entry!

We receive a large number of nominations for The Asia Capital Markets Awards. To
make sure you stand out from the crowd, follow this advice:

1. Choose the right category

Make sure to read the description of each category to ensure you enter your
submission for the correct award.

2. Provide enough evidence

Where possible provide data to your entry in order to corroborate your claims.
For example, please try to include facts, figures, quotes, case studies and
testimonials to support your submission. Look outside your organisation as well
as internally for your testimonials.

3. Don't copy and paste between submissions

Judges are given a cross-section of submissions and will know if the same form
has been submitted for multiple entries.

4. Take your time and get approval from within your organisation

Make sure to consolidate a clear and concise answer. Our judges will assess your
submission solely based on what is included in your entry.

The Judges will be reviewing and scoring a large number of submissions, so take
time to make your entry stand out from the crowd!
