Cebu Pacific Advisory

Flight Schedule until March 31, 2023

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo intend to operate the following domestic flights until
March 31, 2023. As the situation remains fluid, flight schedules may change at
the last-minute, depending on government regulations.




Local authorities may have specific requirements and regulations, depending on
the destination. Guests are STRONGLY URGED to check with the concerned LGU first
and select destinations that are closest to their residences. Travel

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Cebu Pacific also intends to operate the following international flights until
March 31, 2023, all subject to government approval:

Travel regulations issued by the governments of the Philippines, the United Arab
Emirates, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan,
South Korea, and Vietnam will be implemented as necessary. List of requirements

All other Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights not mentioned above remain cancelled
during this time.

Wearing of face mask is required at all times. Please check with your
destination LGU for their guidelines.

You will not be allowed to enter the airport and will be denied boarding without
a face mask. Please do not remove this at any point in time.

CEB continues to implement enhanced bio-security preventive measures to keep our
passengers and personnel safe. These safety measures include daily extensive
cleaning and disinfection protocols for all aircraft and facilities, rapid
antibody testing for all frontliners and crew and contactless flight procedures.
These are based on global best practices, and adhere to the highest safety
standards.

CEB operates with 100% fully vaccinated active flying crew, 95% of whom have
been boosted to ensure the continued safety of its employees and passengers.

Those on cancelled flights may choose to place the cost of the ticket fare in a
Travel Fund valid for six (6) months; refund; or opt to rebook to any other
travel date.

Passengers may conveniently manage their bookings online through the Manage
Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website. Simply log in using your
MyCebuPacific account, if applicable, or enter your booking reference to access
your booking online. Bookings can be modified up to two (2) hours before the
flight.

Do not go to the airport unless you have verified and confirmed your flight
schedule. We may adjust flights depending on government regulations. We will
contact passengers through the email addresses and mobile numbers provided upon
booking for any information regarding their flights. We shall also provide
updates through our website and official social media accounts.

Passengers are required to check-in online to maintain contactless flight
procedures, and avoid queuing in the airport check-in counters. Go straight to
gate or proceed to our self-bag tag kiosks before dropping bags off. Counters
close one (1) hour before the scheduled time of departure.

For questions or concerns, passengers can send a message via Charlie the Chatbot
on the Cebu Pacific website.
