I came to James looking for a mortgage as a recently-divorced, self-employed
mother of two. I didn't even know if I would qualify to get one. James was
wonderful and so great to work with. He was patient and informative and really
put me at ease. We reviewed my finances and he helped me get my ducks in order
so everything would be ticketyboo on the application. He explained what type of
mortgage I could get and what I couldn't, so I didn't waste time on avenues that
weren't going to work for me. He outlined the advantages of different lending

was important to me and what would work for me. Because finding a house was
taking a while, he advised against getting a pre-approval before I needed it,

Because of James, not only do I have a mortgage, but I have a great one. I can't
