even &quot;art studio&quot; has only given me fancy lux condos and apartments
not suitable for using power tools and working late into the night creating big
art works.</p><p>I was sort of looking in the SOMA, Mission, Bayview, and
Emeryville areas for industrial space with ability to live in it (or park my RV
in secured lot).</p>
