After a very successful HBM Biopharma Summit 2023,
we are happy to announce the

HBM BIOPHARMA SUMMIT 2024!

For more than a decade, HBM hosted yearly summits, providing a meeting platform
for industry professionals and investors to exchange views with experts and
peers about the latest developments in the biopharma industry.

SPEAKERS

David Redfern
President Corporate Development GSK

David was appointed President Corporate Development of GSK in May 2008 and is
responsible for corporate development and the leadership of the execution of all
GSK’s business development activities. He is a member of the GSK Leadership Team
and reports to the CEO. In addition to his current role, David is Chairman of
ViiV Healthcare Ltd. ViiV was created in 2010 and is a joint venture between
GSK, Pfizer and Shionogi and focuses specifically on the research, development
and commercialisation of medicines to treat HIV and has global sales of
£6billion. He was previously on the Board of GSK Consumer Healthcare, now Haleon
Plc, and led the separation of Haleon from GSK through a demerger onto the
London Stock Exchange in mid-2022. On February 1 2015 David was appointed a
non–executive director of Aspen Pharmacare, a South African based and listed
healthcare group. David has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bristol University
in the UK and is a Chartered Accountant.
