AT REVEILLE, WE VALUE THE PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF OUR CUSTOMERS, PARTNERS
AND FRIENDS’ INFORMATION.

This Privacy Policy applies to Reveille Software, Inc. (“Reveille Software” or
“We”) and governs data collection and usage across www.reveillesoftware.com (the
“Site”), through our social media pages located at
facebook.com/ReveilleSoftware, twitter.com/ReveilleSoftwre,
youtube.com/ReveilleSoftware and linkedin.com/reveillesoftware (collectively,
the “Social Media Pages”), and other products provided by us both online and
offline, as well as through our email messages (“Email Communications”) that We
send to you that link to this privacy policy. “You” or a “user” refers to any
individual who visits or otherwise uses the Site. By using the Site, you consent
and agree to the data practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that
Reveille Software does not own or control, or to individuals that Reveille
Software does not employ or manage.

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information that we receive or handle
on behalf of our customers in our role as a software provider, such as
information that we receive through the Reveille platform, including any
products we make available for use by our licensees or subscribers. Such
information is governed by the terms of the license or contract agreement,
rather than this Privacy Policy.

 


INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 1. Personally Identifiable Information (or “Personal Information”). In order to
    better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Reveille
    Software may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
    1. First and Last Name
    2. Mailing Address
    3. E-mail Address
    4. Phone Number
    5. Employer
    6. Job Title
    7. Country of Residence

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily
provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal
information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available
on the Site or offline. These may include: (a) submitting an inquiry on our web
form; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our
partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d)
sending us an email message; (e) submitting your information on a web form in
exchange for a white paper or other content asset on our Site; (f) registering
for a webinar; (g) attending a Reveille-sponsored event; (h) interacting with
one of our sales representatives; (i) contacting our support or services
personnel; To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to,
communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have inquired
about. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the
future.

2. Other Information “Other Information” is any information that does not reveal
your specific identity or does not directly relate to an identifiable

Reveille Software collects and uses your personal information to operate its
Site and deliver the products or services you have requested.

Reveille Software may also use your personally identifiable information to
inform you of other products or services available from Reveille Software and
its affiliates.

Reveille Software uses Other Information to facilitate the operation of the
Site, to calculate usage levels of the Site, and to collect aggregate data on
site usage.

 1. Automatically Collected Information. Information about your computer
    hardware and software may be automatically collected by Reveille Software.
    This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names,
    access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for
    the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to
    provide general statistics regarding use of the Reveille Software website.
 2. Tracking User Behavior. Reveille Software may also keep track of the
    websites and pages our users visit within Reveille Software, in order to
    determine what Reveille Software web pages are the most popular. This data
    is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Reveille
    Software to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a
    particular subject area.
 3. Analytics Services. Reveille Software uses analytics services which
    currently include Google Analytics, Salesforce.com (Pardot), and Mouseflow:
    1. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.
       (“Google“). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to
       analyze how users use the Domains. The information generated about Domain
       usage (including your shortened IP address) is transmitted to Google in
       the U.S. This information is used to evaluate visitors’ use of the
       Domain, compile statistical reports on Domain activity, and provide other
       services related to the Site and Internet use. Google may also collect
       information about Domain visitors’ use of other websites. For more

    2. Pardot, LLC is a marketing automation service provided by Salesforce.com,
       inc. (“Salesforce”), which deploys cookies for monitoring browsing
       information and allows Reveille Software to collect Personal Information
       through forms and landing pages. You can visit Salesforce’s privacy

    3. Mouseflow ApS is a website analytics company (“Mouseflow”), which uses
       cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to track user activity, page content,
       click/touch, movement, scroll, and keystroke activity (in some cases).

SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES

Personal Information may also be disclosed by you through the Site, on blogs and
other Social Media Pages to which you are able to post information and materials
(including, without limitation, our Reveille Software Blog, at
https://www.reveillesoftware.com/resources/blog/ and the Social Media Pages).
This information may appear in public ways, such as through search engines or
other publicly available platforms, and may be “crawled” or searched by third
parties. Please do not post any information that you do not want to reveal to
the public at large.

SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

Reveille Software does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third
parties. Reveille Software may share data with trusted partners to help perform
statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support,
or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your
personal information except to provide these services to Reveille Software, and
they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Reveille Software may disclose your personal information, without notice, if
required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is
necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process
served on Reveille Software or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or
property of Reveille Software; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to
protect the personal safety of users of Reveille Software, or the public.

ACCESSING, CORRECTING, AMENDING OR REMOVING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you would like to access, correct, amend, remove or limit the use or
disclosure of any Personal Information about you that has been collected and
stored by Reveille Software, please notify us at inforeveillesoftware.com so
that we may consider and respond to your request in accordance with applicable
law.

For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal
Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us
your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your
request. We will respond to your request within 45 days.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping
purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting
such access, change or deletion.

Reveille Software secures your personal information from unauthorized access,

the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and
privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through

CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN

Reveille Software does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information
from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen,

From time to time, Reveille Software may contact you via email for the purpose
of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys,
and/or other general communication. In order to improve our products and

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via
email from Reveille Software, you may opt out of such communications by
unsubscribing through the subscription preferences link in an email, or by
unsubscribing via the Reveille Software Subscription Preferences Center at

comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that

EXTERNAL DATA STORAGE SITES
