     GREAT STAFF AND EXCELLENT LOCATION
     
     A wonderful place to stay. Lobby is generally a very lively place to hang
     out, especially on Fridays. When I was there it was Octoberfest and there
     was an event happening with music and beer. Staff are top notch and very
     friendly. Rooms were exquisite.

     GOOD HOTEL, BUT DOESN'T WORTH THE HIGH COST
     
     Bed was great, installations were good, bar with good drinks. But some
     little details didn't make us feel it was worth the price, bathroom
     extraction never worked, we paid for city view and the view was very

     GREAT VALET, POOR EVERYTHING ELSE
     
     I wasn't impressed with the facility or staff, except for the valet
     workers. Every valet worker that I engaged with was amazing, polite, and
     extremely helpful. I can't commend the valet staff enough. However, that's
     the only bright spot of the stay. When I arrived to check in I was informed
     that they did not have any 2-Queen rooms available, which I booked about a
     month in advance. Instead, we were given a room with a single king bed. I
     was traveling with my wife and two children. Luckily, the hotel had enough
     cribs for us to use instead of a bed. My toddler didn't love sleeping in
     the crib, but we made due. I would like to add that despite this mix up, it
     took several calls to the front desk to actually get the cribs delivered to
     the room. We were assured several times they were on their way but waited
     over 2 hours before they actually arrived. We also did not get any maid
     service during our stay. We had to ask for extra towels several times
     before they were sent up also. Overall, the staff (except for the valet)
     were very inattentive and while the facilities were ok, we didn't get what
     we book and paid for. And we had to almost beg for towels and cribs. I
     thought after overbooking and not having our room available, the staff
     would try to make up for it by ensuring we got cribs to the room as soon as
     possible, but no. I certainly will not be staying here again and would
     recommend others to steer clear.

     NO WORKING AC.
     
     My stay was somewhat like staying in a third world country in the summer.
     There was no AC and the hotel would not relocate me. I stayed roughly 4
     hours in the room for about 260 bucks total rip off. Couldn’t stay in the
     room too hot too humid. Room was clean hotel staff was inept and
     unresponsive. Avoid this aloft try another brand. Tried to get manager to
     help out staff said they were not around…. No one at the wheel I guess.

     Aloft has so much potential to be better, however, it needs to improve in
     several areas. First and most importantly, CLEANLINESS, there needs to be a
     better attempt to keep the rooms clean with sufficient towels, vacuuming,
     correctly making the bed linen, dusting and replenishing tissue paper. In
     addition, the room looked like it was “under construction” with horrible
     job to the ceiling dry wall and plain walls. The rooms have impractical
     storage with essentially no closet space. Our bathroom door was really
     heavy and almost impossible to open a close. If ALL this was fixed our stay
     would have been more pleasant given the ideal location of the hotel.
