PROGRESSIVE DECENTRALIZATION OF DIPLOMACY, TOWARDS A WORLD PEACE

Let's start a World Peace, and search power somewhere new: in the wisdom and
conscience of a great civilization; humanity.

It's time to separate power and violence so well, with our Art of Peace. Now is
the new future, and we are the power.






GENERATION PEACE!
HOW WOULD YOU IMAGINE, EXPRESS AND MAKE A WORLD PEACE?

This project is our restoration, one that is peaceful and movemental.

Here, we are introducing a new human right, and starting a progressive
decentralization and peace-orientation in diplomacy; along with a demand-aware,
proactive electorship paradigm, for the 21st century.

So far, this is how we have imagined, and proposed as a solution, a Flow of
Peace ; which evolved since January, while there was a brutal war out there,
well you know about that already.

Hereby, as a booster for a decentralization in diplomacy, recently initiated the
Expressions of Demand, and that started with a full focus on the Proactive
Electorship theory we'd like to gift to our kind and the rest.

This is how and what it feels like for peacemakers making this movement
something real, who have so far encouraged, empowered and most importantly,
experienced this egalitarian, state of the art notions and efforts, with their
peaceful, wise and free beings:


I imagine a world where people do not have to compete for survival but rather
share their individual to collective resources. The only "work" people do is by
choice / out of necessity and care ..an example being working on ones own garden
with the intentions to share the fruits of labor with others. I want to live in
a world filled with the energy of #mutualism as opposed to c[r]apitalism and
consumerism. I want to save the planet from destruction and GrandMother Moon
from colonization.

In a world that's filled with violence, using the Expressions of Peace
application has been very helpful for my mental health. Everyday there is a new
problem that needs to be solved and by using Expressions of Peace, it helps me

hope that in the near future the world will find as much fun and mental clarity
when using this app as much as I have.

REASONINGS, CRITIQUES AND HOPES

Historically, we have been observing this: parties opts-in and out of peace
treaties; traditionally and naturally, by delegation or inheritance of power,
have been the ones with highest capacity of violence; whether use that hard
power in an offensive manner or not, or not even use that, at all.

However, the majority of citizens, worldwide, impacted by conflicts; have no
direct impact, significant labor, hence any observable equity, nor legitimacy in
the making and sustaining a World Peace, which could have been as well assured
via its greatest level of participation and experience.


We'd like to change that status-quo and untie a historical knot; from now on,
our states and people in executive power in governance, shall be prepared for
receiving respect from us, as they express and commit their intentions and deeds
on peacemaking with other states in the world. Of course, cautiously, with
conditionals, so their reflections would not jeopardize security in the first
place.

While condemning an agressor, undermining each other is a fallacy. On that
regard, we'd like to implement whatever it takes, to remove the perception of
threat between any states in the world, something like the member countries of
the European Union, and their citizens experiencing since decades. We need to
scale that notion of EU to a global level.

A peaceful unity is what that is: a border and threat free, space-time, assured
by intentions and deeds.

On the other hand, peace is something to experience and sustain without the risk
of political opt-outs.
It is a universal and unconditional basic experience, cannot be limited within
alliances, nor become luxury.

So, secure all, equally. Peace and security is quite together, however, what we
want is to separate violence and power.


A NEW HUMAN RIGHT HAS BORN:
IT'S ALL ABOUT STANDING EQUAL ON PEACE & TRUST MAKING

"Everyone is free to be proactive, claim their equality and free will to act on
peace and trust making; and be legitimate co-signer and sealer of a World Peace
treaty, regardless of their entitlement, being official or not."

Experiencing an observable World Peace is possible with your actions through
understanding, kindness and generosity in giving out an assurance to the rest,
in a borderless and direct fashion, as sovereign, world residents.


Peacemaking is an experience, that is priceless; it is more about being, than
having. Here, we'll be sharing rights, along with resources. It's even easier;
let's get used to that, the sooner the better.

Trust that, a World Peace, initiated by citizens, is not a matter of legitimacy,
but matter of time, in its observation and accomplishment.



At demoVerse, we'd like transparency, resilience and especially undeniability on
the making of a World Peace, through equality and equity; more specifically,
having responsibility and stakes in the remote, as well as local scope, in an
unstoppable fashion.

Let it flo~ let it be.

That's why, blockchain is at the core of our solution design. Yet, this whole
thing could be done with pencils and papers as well.




PEACE, AS A START:
INTRODUCING CIRCLES OF PEACE FOR + IMPACT

In a web3 social platform, Circles of Peace, we are already taking the first
step with the least action required to enter +impact generating and scaling
environments, and we are calling them Circles for Impact. Below is our
interpretation of the basic social media interactions, that are familiar to all
by now, hopefully.


As we use our right on being equal on peace and trust making, either as citizens
of our countries, or as sovereign world residents in this context, assured that
for one another especially, via expressions, acknowledgements and reflections.

The entry to Circles for +Impact, is free and will not be moderated or require a
registration flow. The least yet deliberate effort spent for peace and trust
making there, will be a starter point for +impact collaborations.


That is an intentional and international bond, that would give us the
entitlement of being a collaborator of the United Nations Sustainable
Development Goals #5 #10, #16 and #17.

Those goals are basically around equality, peace, and collaboration for the
common goals.

One more, thing to mention here, is that goals #5: Gender Equality and #10:
Reducing inequalities between and within countries, are quite relevant for us,
as we have introduced a World Peace by equality approach between people in the
first place.

Especially on gender equality, including people without official entitlements on
signing those peace treaties between countries, is a balancer action.

How so?

As of 19 September 2022, only 13 women are in executive government positions as
leaders of their countries/states.

Considering 193 member states in the United Nations, women in executive
positions are represented as low as 6-7%, and that, sadly, also goes for the
official peacemaking/sealing activities of course.

That might be a reason why there has not been an ultimate consensus around peace
in our history. However, we would like to increase women's participation for
sealing those treaties by decentralization of diplomacy, with our commitment to
provide equality in peacemaking.

So that goes almost 50%/50% between genders as an outcome of this egalitarian
approach, without having to wait more decades on women's inclusion as them,
official entitled to be the signers of a World Peace treaty.






GOOD NEWS, PEACEMAKER!


If you are at this stage, then you have not only experienced these Sustainable
Development Goals, but also practice pretty much all skills and qualities of
Inner Development Goals to some extent, if you made the right choice and kept
yourself non-violent along the way

Yes, peace should be this easy, in the 21st century, through a proactive,
individual and collective process of wise and aware actions, that are based on
equality and equity.

In fact, it is a low-hanging fruit, all you need is to take it, and share with
generosity.

+Impact projects in all SDGs and new ones we'd bring in together (eg. mental
health, cognitive security, well, maybe new rights to introduce and share), can
be brought to public discussion, imagined, resolved, be realised and well,
funded by investments, grants and many more.




For all that to happen in a fun and effective way, we are initially curating a
few +impact spaces through non-premium memberships and hence, limited capacity,
starting with providers: welo.space spatial.chat and gather.town


Just recently, we have imagined that, in one of those spaces and recorded those
moments, just like this.



Hopefully, will be partnering with and be sponsored by those, and use the least
amount of the funding we'd receive to be spent on that infrastructure, since it
would be more meaningful to empower +impact generating projects people imagine
and collaborate to realise.


Just in case , we're also prepared to build open sourced, in-house systems and
integrations for advanced virtual communication, collaboration and learning
capacity, with gamification component in place.

That, will be launched as Peace Game, already have a portaling feature to be
adapted for the passages between +impact spaces and causes. Please do not use it
now, a lot to enhance there.


Ongoing efforts be kept open sourced and be concurrently developed with Circles
of Peace for +Impact, in 2022 and 2023


All we need is to bring ourselves as peaceful we are, respect one another, and
share responsibility and stakes, locally and remotely, with resolutions
following, via peaceful, intentional actions ... &sustain that indefinitely, for
a mutual assured regeneration.


Well, we'd like to have a strong stand around taking intentions over
impressions, right from the beginning of this journey.







WHY BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY MADE SENSE, FOR A WORLD PEACE, BY EQUALITY AND EQUITY?

As Generation Peace, the multi-generation of this era, the stage is ours now.

All we need is to accumulate common sense, will and intentions, and make them
observable, via persisting them transparently and resiliently: undeniably.

We got a historical, prolonged permission already, that'd only be boosted and
realised, by the living and the future generations and their generosity.

Apart from that, we humbly want to start something we call, Peace Economy and
its incentives that would catalyse the whole thing. If wars have industry, why
peace would not have one, in its way? Blockchain can help on that sense, too.

Well, that's pretty much how people mostly know this technology, relating with:
money, it's a gas.

That's why, blockchain, and in a broader sense, web3, has been the first tool
we're using for this purpose: to experience and share rights, along with
resources.

This project, initiated by stateful.art and lately became part of the umbrella
project, demoVerse have been developed in a design-thinking process.

We have discovered new perspectives and imagined better; as we have been
building a proof of concept, a peacemaker App in Expressions of Peace. since
August 2022, made available on a blockchain test network.

We've so far focused using the context-aware capacity of this decentralised
ledger technology.

Expressions and Acknowledgements of Peace in action.

As of the Flow of Peace V2, We are moving towards using the Orbis Protocol and
(re)interpret basic social media actions eg. post, like and comment, in our
context, a decentralized diplomacy.

Beware that, all of these social web3 interactions will be public on Ceramic
Network that's what Orbis Protocol is using under the hood. Our platform has
nothing to do with your data, it is planned to be made publicly observable,
through Ceramic's cerscan as well, where the records of the changes to our data
stream made discoverable.

Here, for example, in the body part of the content section, you would see how
your post/expression would become public. It will not be kept on a private
server. It is open to everyone. Yes, we've got nothing to hide here, literally,
the stage is ours now, sincerely and peacefully.

Also have a look and read the proof of concept 's smart contract code, developed
using simple data structs with the initial attributes that, as people, we
provide, sign with our wallet and write on blockchain, through our expressions
and acknowledgements.

You might notice, on ExpressionofPeaceV3 contract, depending on the information
we provide, a combination of behaviours made imaginable and actionable:
publicity/anonymity, and citizenship/world residency.

This whole thing, is all about boosting and observable, resilient evolution of a
self-legitimising flow, of peace.

For all that, calling everyone to live and leave a priceless legacy; namingly, a
World Peace through Equality and Equity.

World deserves the best, and we want the best for the world.

would be even cooler if we haven't mentioned this at all.

We will help you to start a World Peace project if you needed empowerment. This

Money can only catalyse peace. You are the power, who can make it real, just
like this.

Experiencing of this new human right and stand equal on peace & trust making, is
somewhat a satisfactory gain for this project and its starters.


What we will experience; a World Peace by Equality and Equity, in the 21st
century, is a priceless legacy, to live and leave.
There is no question or hesitation on that, nor will be.

Expect the Peace by equality and equity, and Mutual assured regeneration, being
articulated on the wikipage of World Peace later this year, and having their
places there, somewhere between the World Peace theories, Mutual assured
destruction and Peace through strength.

Yes, we've both introduced an anti-thesis to a 20st centurty thesis via negating
that; and the synthesis, Peace by/through equality and equity, which brought a
new human right to life

And all that happened naturally, while there was a war out there, we have just
felt the least level of awareness and the highest level of intellectual
responsibility required to start this and take action in our sincere,
egalitarian way.

This whole concept and perspective began, nearly just before the war in Ukraine
have started.

Back then we were in a hackathon by Sovereign Nature Initiative and De Ceuvel ,
to give nature voice and build a high level of consensus, including many livings
in urban scenes.

You may want to have a look at our initial effort there, Portals of EntDAO , as
it is raw, and still dormant at its imagination phase, since February 5-6 2022.
EntDAO, with its liquid democracy and scientific data and ruleset integrations
in pollution offset decision making, will also be part of the umbrella project,
demoVerse which has been coined as "a metaverse for democracy/demonstrations".
