WHAT IS SHOP WITH POINTS AT AMAZON.CA?

Shop with Points allows customers with an eligible TD credit card to use their
available TD Rewards Points for eligible purchases at Amazon.ca.


HOW DO I ENROLL MY TD REWARDS POINTS TO SHOP WITH POINTS?

Amazon will check to see if your card is eligible for Shop with Points. If it is
eligible, Amazon will automatically enroll your card, allowing you to see and
use your TD Rewards Points balance on Amazon at checkout. You will be given the
opportunity to opt out of automatic enrollment. If you opted out but would like
to enroll your card, or if you would like to enroll your card ahead of automatic
enrollment, go here.


WHERE CAN I SEE IF MY TD CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT IS ENROLLED IN AMAZON.CA SHOP WITH
POINTS ACCOUNT?

To see if your TD credit card account is enrolled in Amazon.ca Shop with Points
account, visit the Shop with Points page in Your Account at Amazon.ca.


WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING MY TD REWARDS POINTS OR MY
ELIGIBLE CREDIT CARD?

For questions regarding your TD Rewards Points account, please call the TD
Rewards Customer Support Centre at 1-888-315-0603, Monday–Friday, from 9 a.m. –
8 p.m. (EST). For questions regarding your TD Rewards Points eligible credit
card, please call TD Credit Cards Customer Service at 1-800-983-8472, 7 days a
week, 7 a.m. – 12 a.m. (EST).


HOW DO I UNENROLL MY TD REWARDS POINTS ELIGIBLE CREDIT CARD FROM AMAZON.CA SHOP
WITH POINTS ACCOUNT?

In order to unenroll your TD Rewards Points eligible credit card from Amazon.ca
Shop with Points account, visit the Shop with Points page in your Amazon.ca
account. Click “Unenroll" to unenroll your TD Rewards Points eligible credit
card.


IS THERE A FEE TO USE TD REWARDS POINTS AT AMAZON.CA?

No, there is no fee to use TD Rewards Points when using Shop with Points at
Amazon.ca.


ARE ADDITIONAL CARDHOLDERS ON MY ELIGIBLE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT ABLE TO USE TD
REWARDS POINTS FOR PURCHASES USING SHOP WITH POINTS AT AMAZON.CA?

Yes, both primary account holders and additional cardholders will be able to use
the TD Rewards Points balance for purchases on Amazon.ca.


HOW DO I USE TD REWARDS POINTS TO PAY FOR AN ORDER?

After you have been enrolled you will automatically be shown your eligible TD
Rewards Points balance at checkout. To use your TD Rewards Points to pay for all
or part of your eligible purchase, please follow the steps below:

 1. Checkout through your Shopping Cart.
 2. Select your TD Rewards Points eligible credit card as the payment method and
    choose the amount of points you want to apply to the order.
 3. The TD Rewards Points you apply to the order will be deducted from your
    purchase total and displayed as "Rewards Points" in the Order Summary.
    
    


CAN I USE TD REWARDS POINTS TO PAY FOR A PORTION OF MY SHOP WITH POINTS ORDER AT
AMAZON.CA?

Yes. You may select the number of TD Rewards Points you wish to apply to your
order. You may select as many or as few as you would like from your available TD
Rewards Points balance. Any remaining amount due after applying your TD Rewards
Points and any applicable Amazon Gift Card balance, will be charged to the
associated TD credit card.


HOW CAN I TELL HOW MANY TD REWARDS POINTS I HAVE WHILE I AM SHOPPING AT
AMAZON.CA?

First, ensure your eligible TD credit card is enrolled in Shop with Points by
clicking on “Accounts & Lists” in the top right. Go to “Your Account” and then
“Shop with Points” under “More ways to pay” section. If enrolled, you will see
your balance here. You may also proceed to checkout and view your balance on the
Payments Page.


ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS I AM UNABLE TO BUY USING SHOP WITH POINTS AT AMAZON.CA?

Amazon.ca may restrict the use of TD Rewards Points for purchases of certain
items at Amazon.ca, and these items may change at any time. Items that may not
be purchased using Shop with Points at the date of publication include digital
goods (i.e.: MP3s), Kindle eBooks and downloads, Subscribe and Save items. Shop
with Points cannot be used on any other Amazon site such as Amazon.com and other
region Amazon sites. Please also note that currently you may not use one-click
to purchase products using Shop with Points.

Yes, you may apply any eligible promotional coupons or Gift Cards to orders paid

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE THAT I PURCHASED AT AMAZON.CA WITH MY TD REWARDS
POINTS?

Purchases made with TD Rewards Points at Amazon.ca follow Amazon's standard
return policies. Please visit the Returns and Refunds page at Amazon.ca for more
information.


CAN I APPLY MY TD REWARDS POINTS TO MY ORDER WHEN USING SHARED PAYMENT SETTINGS
ON MY AMAZON BUSINESS ACCOUNT?

At this time, customers cannot use Shop with Points through the credit cards
stored on their Shared Wallet but can use Shop with Points through the credit
cards stored in their Personal Wallet. To use Shop with Points within Shared
Payment settings, you must:

 1. Access your Shared Payment settings and set your payment methods to "Both
    Shared and Individual Payment Methods" (this can only be done by the
    admins). Admins can make this change by selecting Shared settings in
    Business settings.
 2. Ensure that you add your credit card to your Personal Wallet
 3. Enroll your credit card into Shop with Points
    
    

Note: setting your payments to "Both Shared and Individual Payment Methods" will
not impact the other payment methods stored in your Shared Wallet (ex. other
credit cards and debit cards) and employees previously given access will still
be able to use stored credit and debit cards to make purchases through your
Amazon.ca Business Account.

AMAZON.CA SHOP WITH POINTS PROGRAM FOR TD REWARDS POINTS

By participating in Amazon.ca’s Shop With Points program (“SWP”) using TD
Rewards Points, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as Amazon.ca’s
Conditions of Use. Please review them carefully, together with Amazon.ca’s
Privacy Notice, to understand Amazon.ca’s practices. Amazon.ca's Conditions of
Use can be found here and Amazon.ca's Privacy Notice here.

Please note that any information you provide directly to Amazon or that Amazon
obtains about you as an Amazon customer or participant in SWP will be governed
by Amazon.ca’s Privacy Notice.

To use your TD Rewards Points to purchase eligible items at Amazon.ca, your
eligible TD credit card account that earns TD Rewards Points (“TD Rewards Card”
and its associated TD Rewards Points account, the “TD Rewards Account”) must be
linked to your Amazon.ca account through the SWP enrollment process. Amazon
and/or TD reserves the right to restrict your use of SWP or to un-enroll your TD
Rewards Account by de-linking it from your Amazon.ca account at any time in
Amazon or TD’s sole discretion, including when misuse or fraud is suspected.

You agree that Amazon Services International, Inc. and its affiliates
(collectively, “Amazon”) may share with The Toronto-Dominion Bank, its
affiliates and/or service providers (collectively, “TD”) certain information
(including Credit Card Number and Postal Code) that you have provided or will
provide to Amazon for the sole purposes of validating your eligibility to
participate in SWP, linking your Amazon.ca account to your TD Rewards Account,
and, once enrolled, facilitating your participation in SWP through redemption of
your TD Rewards Points, including processing payments for purchases on Amazon.ca
made with TD Rewards Points. You further agree that TD may share information
with Amazon regarding your TD Rewards Points balance for the sole purpose of
managing and facilitating your participation in SWP through redemption of your
TD Rewards Points. Neither Amazon nor TD will use information provided to it by
the other party in support of SWP for any purpose other than as expressly set
forth in this paragraph.

Certain products at Amazon.ca are not eligible for purchase using TD Rewards
Points, and these items may change at any time. For a list of ineligible
products, please see the Shop with Points help page here. Following enrollment
in SWP, during the checkout process for purchases of eligible items on
Amazon.ca, you will be presented with the number of your available TD Rewards
Points and the total value of such points that you can apply towards the total
cost (including taxes and shipping, as applicable) of the items being purchased.
The redemption value of TD Rewards Points through SWP are subject to change from
time to time at the discretion of TD, subject to the terms and conditions of
your TD credit card account agreement and applicable law. Your available TD
Rewards Points may be used to pay for all or any portion of your eligible
purchases at Amazon.ca. If you pay for only a portion of an eligible purchase
using TD Rewards Points, then the balance must be paid using your TD Rewards
Card. Typically, your TD Rewards Points balance will be reduced at the time of
your order to reflect the amount of your purchase, but in some cases, your TD
Rewards Points balance may not reflect your use of TD Rewards Points for pending
purchase transactions until the purchase has shipped or has otherwise been
fulfilled. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enough TD Rewards
Points in your TD Rewards Account at the time that your TD Rewards Points are
ultimately redeemed. If you do not have enough TD Rewards Points remaining in
your TD Rewards Account at the time they are to be redeemed, you can still
complete the purchase by paying the difference with your TD Rewards Card. TD
Rewards Points may not be combined with points from other rewards programs to
make purchases using SWP.

services offered or made available or purchased through www.amazon.ca.

Returns are subject to Amazon’s returns policy. If Amazon accepts a return for
an item you purchased using only TD Rewards Points, those TD Rewards Points will
be credited to your TD Rewards Account. If Amazon accepts a return for an item
you purchased using both TD Rewards Points and your TD Rewards Card, Amazon may,
in its sole discretion, credit the return to your TD Rewards Card before
crediting TD Rewards Points to your TD Rewards Account. If you no longer have an
active TD Rewards Account or, if applicable, TD Rewards Card at time of
processing, then Amazon may process your return by providing you with an
Amazon.ca gift card.

If your eligible TD Rewards Account is linked to an Amazon.ca account that is
not your own (such as an Additional Cardholder), or you allow others to access
your Amazon.ca account where you have linked a TD Rewards Account, your TD
Rewards Points balance and associated total redemption value will be displayed
and available for their use. If you have questions regarding your TD Rewards
Points, TD Rewards Card, or TD Rewards Account, please contact TD at the number
listed on the back of your TD credit card.
