MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF ALWAR

Brief Introduction

Alwar is a historical city in the Rajasthan state of India, situated in the
middle of Aravalli hills. It is located around 150 km south of Delhi and 160 km
north of Jaipur and falls in the National Capital Region of India. It is about
160 km away from the capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The ancient names of Alwar
were 'Matsyanagar','Arwalpur', 'Ulwar', 'Shalwapur', 'Salwar', 'Halwar'.

In 1775 it was made the capital of Alwar princely state. The Bala Qila, situated
on a hill of conical shape against the backdrop of a mountain range in a city
surrounded by boundary walls and a moat,is its specialty. At present Alwar is an
important industrial city of Rajasthan and is the eighth largest city.

Alwar is also called the Lion Gate of Rajasthan. River Ruparail is the major
river of the district, because of which there is an extensive range of flora and
fauna available in the region. It is a center of tourism with many forts, lakes,
heritage mansions and nature reserves. Being the district headquarters of the
district, Alwar city is well-connected to major cities of the state and county
via roads and railways.

Search Property & Pay Tax
Search Property by entering various property parameters such as House No.,
Address, Mobile No, Ward, Colony, Category etc. or enter 9-digit Property UID.
And pay your UD Tax Online by clicking on “Pay Now button”. No registration
required. And yes, don’t forgot to download your receipt.

GIS Map & Listing
Get a Ward & Colony wise GIS Map view & listing of Municipal Corporation area.
Use multiple filters similar to property search or just simply zoom in to your
desired location. You can get a property marker on the map. Click on your
property market and open property details page.

Recently Viewed Properties
After property search if your property details page got closed accidently you do
not need to search your property again, just click on recently viewed property
and open your property details page again with any login. But yes, do not
refresh your page.

No Dues Certificate
You can download your UD Tax’s No dues certificate (NDC) if all your property
tax (UD tax) is paid till current Financial Year. To Download the No Dues
Certificate, you must have to login in to portal first. Then visit to your
property details page and click on NDC Request button. If all your Tax is paid,
then you will get your NDC on your registered Mobile no/Email id.

Raise Objection
If a Citizen wants to update any property details like change of owner name,
Address, plot size, Yearly floor details etc. he can raise a objection by
clicking on Raise objection button. To raise an objection Login is mandatory.
So, if you have not registered on the portal yet, then register first and then
log in to the portal. For more details kindly visit the How to raise objection

Track Objection Status
Citizens can track current status of their objection by entering the 6-digit
Objection number without the login, which is generated after the objection
submission. Citizen can also track their current status of their raised
objection under “My Objection” option of citizen portal but for that citizen
have to login in to the portal to check the overall current status.

Self-Assessment
File Self-Assessment of your property Tax online & check the estimated UD tax by
entering some basic details like property location details, ownership details
and the yearly Floor Details. Just Click on “Self-Assessment Tab” on main menu
and fill the required details, attach the reference documents, review it &
submit by agreeing to the terms and conditions.

DLC Rate
Citizen can check the DLC rate for each colony from FY 2007-08 till current
financial year. DLC rate is approved by the district level committee for each
category i.e., Residential, Commercial, Institutional & Industrial and each
category DLC rates are further classified into exterior & interior based on the
road width. Here all the DLC rate is are showing in per square meter.
