Welcome to netscenes.com, home of the Netscenes dog kennel and foundation! We
aim to take care of dogs, help owners learn to handle their dogs, and generally
increase the well-being of dogs in our state through being a center for care and
information. Our kennels house dogs while their owners are away, but we also
take in rescue dogs while they’re waiting for fostering or adoption, to keep
them out of shelters with limited space or kill policies.
