NOUVELLE ÉTUDE DE MARCHÉ SUR LA PAPAYE

 

Nous avons le plaisir d’annoncer la publication d’une nouvelle étude de marché
intitulée « Market Profile for Fresh Papaya from West Africa to Regional and
European Markets » (Profil du marché de la papaye fraîche d’Afrique de l’Ouest
vers les marchés régionaux et européens), qui est désormais disponible en
anglais dans notre bibliothèque électronique du COLEAD. Cette étude complète,
produite par le département Informations sur les marchés du COLEAD dans le cadre
du programme FFM+, fournit une analyse et des informations précieuses sur la
production de papaye, les tendances à l’exportation et la dynamique du marché,
avec un accent particulier sur les pays producteurs d’Afrique de l’Ouest.


LES POINTS FORTS DE L’ÉTUDE SONT PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT LES SUIVANTS

 * Vue d’ensemble de la production mondiale : données détaillées sur la
   production mondiale de papayes, soulignant le rôle de l’Afrique de l’Ouest, y
   compris des pays tels que le Nigeria, le Ghana et le Sénégal.
 * Logistique des exportations : analyse de la logistique affectant les
   exportations de papayes, telle que l’impact du fret aérien et maritime sur
   les prix et l’accès au marché.
 * Tendances du marché européen : demande des consommateurs sur les principaux
   marchés européens (France, Allemagne, Royaume-Uni) et du paysage
   concurrentiel avec les principaux producteurs tels que le Brésil.
 * Durabilité et certification : importance croissante des certifications telles
   que GLOBALG.A.P., le commerce équitable et les pratiques biologiques pour
   répondre aux exigences des importateurs européens.
 * Opportunités et défis : opportunités stratégiques pour les producteurs de
   papaye d’étendre leur présence sur le marché, en tenant compte à la fois des
   modèles de consommation régionaux et du potentiel d’exportation.

Cette étude s’inscrit dans le cadre des efforts déployés par le département «
Market Insights -Informations sur les marchés » sous FFM+ pour fournir des
informations stratégiques, des renseignements sur les marchés et des services de
développement commercial aux parties prenantes des chaines de valeur
correspondantes. Ce type d’étude vise à soutenir la prise de décision et à
faciliter l’accès à de nouvelles opportunités de marché, contribuant directement
à la mission de COLEAD de renforcer les chaînes de valeur et de faciliter
l’accès au marché.

Plant Health: A Cornerstone for Achieving the SDGs through One Health
Today, the #IPPC Secretariat and global stakeholders gather at the FAO’s 29th
Committee on Agriculture (COAG) to explore the vital role of Plant Health within
the One Health framework.

We are excited to share that Jeremy Knops, COLEAD.link Délégué Général, takes
the floor to highlight how the international plant health community can join
forces with the private sector through COLEAD.link to accelerate progress
towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (#SDGs).

This hybrid event, titled Plant Health: Why is it Crucial for the Success of One
Health?”, emphasizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, plant, and
environmental health, and the need for collaborative action. At COLEAD.link, we
are deeply committed to facilitating this partnership, working closely with
private sector actors, smallholders, MSMEs, and cooperatives to ensure sanitary
and phytosanitary (SPS) compliance, promote sustainable agriculture, and enhance
market access.

Together, we can strengthen food systems, protect the environment, and promote
economic growth—all while safeguarding public health. Today's discussions
reinforce the power of collaboration in achieving the SDGs.
