classes for any one child but your child is more than welcome to make up the class during the next session of tennis as we run classes all year round other than during the summer break. If class is canceled by the school for any reason
including unexpected weather events we can not guarantee a make up class will happen but we will always work with the school to try and set up a makeup date. If any class is canceled due to our coach missing a class for any reason we will
always make up that class and if we can’t add a makeup date we will credit back the parents for that class. </span></span>

as a result of his/her participation in the tennis instruction. I understand that all enrollments are final and no refunds will be issued once payment is made. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless TennisTime Inc , Kids Sports
Business, LLC and any tennis coaches from any and all liability, damage, cost or expense arising out of my child's participation of every kind and nature. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission for

the coaches to coach the other kids and thus needs to be removed permanently
from class there will be NO REFUNDS. If you move or change schools once our
classes begin there are NO REFUNDS, if you decide to homeschool your child and
he no longer attends school there are no refunds. So please do NOT enroll if you
will be moving, home schooling during the semester. CLASS MAKE UP POLICY: If
your child misses any classes for any personal reasons there are no make-up
classes for any one child but your child is more than welcome to make up the
class during the next session of tennis as we run classes all year round other
than during the summer break. If class is canceled by the school for any reason
including unexpected weather events we can not guarantee a make up class will
happen but we will always work with the school to try and set up a makeup date.
If any class is canceled due to our coach missing a class for any reason we will
always make up that class and if we can’t add a makeup date we will credit back
the parents for that class.
WAIVER/INDEMNIFICATION
As the parent or legal guardian I agree and acknowledge by submitting this
enrollment that I hereby represent that the child named above and the child has
been deemed physically fit by his/her pediatrician to participate in tennis
instruction. I understand that there are inherent risks in participating in this
athletic program. I hereby accept responsibility for and agree to pay any and
all costs of medical treatment resulting from any injury suffered by my child as
a result of his/her participation in the tennis instruction. I understand that
all enrollments are final and no refunds will be issued once payment is made. I
further agree to indemnify and hold harmless TennisTime Inc , Kids Sports
Business, LLC and any tennis coaches from any and all liability, damage, cost or
expense arising out of my child's participation of every kind and nature. In the
event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission for the
care to be administered by TennisTime Inc staff, EMT, physician / staff of
hospital or any other qualified individual to provide medical treatment deemed
necessary for my child. As well, I give permission to communicate with me via
text and email and to take pictures and/or videos of my child for advertising
and marketing purposes.
