The VoIP Gateway service is provided by Accela Inc, located in Dallas Texas. The
founders have a total of over 75 years in the telco/long distance business. They
have been operating in their current configuration for over two years. Accella
currently processes over a million phone calls a day. Accela is known for their
high quality domestic and international VoIP services.

The center of the phone system is the Asterisk Server. Asterisk is an Open
Source PBX produced by Digium. Asterisk will be running on an IBM xSeries 306M
1U Server.

Included in the installed packages are the following:
