Meet  Jamila



Jamila Buren, is a licensed massage therapist who has been in the business for
more than 22 years. She graduated from Brenneke School of Massage in 1999.




Jamila has a passion for helping people achieve their health and healing goals
using a holistic approach. She takes great pride in her work and specializes in
therapeutic massage therapy, cupping massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone
massage, aromatherapy, and Reiki.




Experience: I have more than 22 years of experience in therapeutic massage. I
specialize in working with clients who suffer from migraines, TMJ, neck,
shoulder, hip, knee, Achilles, and back pain. I am experienced in using
techniques such as trigger point, myofascial release, deep tissue, cupping, and
hot stones.




Philosophy: I believe it is important to address each client's needs by
integrating my knowledge of anatomy and physiology with my intuitive ability to
listen to the body. My goal is to have my clients leave feeling relaxed,
refreshed, and rejuvenated.




Personal: I enjoy traveling and am crazy about animals. I come from a large
family and love our time at family gatherings. I enjoy practicing meditation,
swimming, nature and yoga.
