Maincoms have provided and hosted our phone system as well as our broadband for
several years now. They were initially a recommendation and it's no wonder. They
also provide similar services to our customers and are always on the other end
of the phone when support is needed.

A couple of them have been particularly helpful; Sarah has been great at helping
with various queries including speed tests and diagnostics on lines. Dan has
been valuable when it comes to knowledge and hands on support with routers,
phones and networking.

suppliers and our billing was allover the place. To the rescue, Trevor and his
Team, they have been totally fantastic, they have vastly improved all our
services, they have sorted out all our previous suppliers, they are open and
honest about costs, Dan installed our system at the office and at home, and has
been absolutely brilliant, he has been on call at any time of the day or night,
he fully respects our premises, every issue they have attended within days in
some case hours and sorted out, their back up is the best I have ever had and I
would certainly recommend them to anyone, you wont go wrong with Maincom
