When people update this list, can they also append what role they were applying
for? It will be helpful to see which leadership principles are asked for which
specific roles

SDE1s dont stress over it much!!. a lot of these don't matter for junior ones,
they don't expect much either, you need to be good at what you do, show how
you've contributed with passion, and always kept improving yourself, show them
how much consistency you have maintained so far. that matters hell lot than
them, I can confirm because I have asked them about this directly.

I passed an interview like this with Amazon. It is quite easy you just need to
practice the STAR method.

This is a book I recommend if you want to wrap your head around the leadership
principles. It explains in-depth what each principle is about and how it relates
to the others. The book really helped me with my interview process. I was able
to come up with better answers to LP questions based on it. They guy who wrote
it worked directly with Bezos, so he knows what he's about.

Another thing I strongly recommend, other than writing down answers to all these
questions using the STAR method, is to watch the crap out of Dan Croitor's
channel linked by OP. It has some really good advice and examples for FREE. It's
a really good deal, provided that the guy charges upward of $200 per hour for
counseling.

I think the best answers are honest answers. It is nice to understand some of
the questions you may be asked, but I would not have a rehearsed answer
honestly. These interviews are about dialogue. can you listen? Can you be
brutally honest about your life experiences. if you notice, you do not really
need to use software engineering examples in your response. You could easily
answer some of these questions from any part of your life. talk about the time
you stopped to help someone with car troubles on the side of the road. I feel
the more rehearsed these are the worse off you are.

Thank you for sharing the list! By going through the list, I realized how
unprepared I am, and I feel like searching for a good answer to each question is
similar to solve a LeetCode question! What I mean is that there are good answers
and bad answers. I need to think and find what is a right way to answer to each
question, and it takes time to do so.
