We are a property & casualty (P&C) insurance brokerage focused on selling
personal insurance solutions throughout Ontario and Alberta. This means we offer
insurance coverage for your auto, home, rental unit, motorcycle, and even your
various recreational toys. We welcome all comers and will do our best to place
you with an insurer who can fulfill your coverage needs, as we are licenced to
operate within the preferred, standard & non-standard market. Insurance
companies categorize drivers by coverage tiers to help calculate their risk
exposure - they need to make sure they are not over-exposed to potential claims
pay-outs.

This is the cream of the crop and desired by every standard insurer in Canada.
These are individuals with extensive experience and spotless insurance records.
If you meet this criteria, you will never have an issue finding insurance.
Preferred customers are rewarded with the lowest rates in the market, as they
pose the least risk to any insurer.

A standard policy provides conventional coverage for drivers considered low-risk
by insurance companies. They have minimal to incident-free driving histories,
drive moderate cars (i.e. not supercars), and as a result can qualify for
affordable car insurance rates from any of the "big name" insurance companies -
Aviva, Wawanesa, Economical, SGI, Travelers etc.

If you're ever been denied insurance coverage or issued a non-renewal, it's
possible you'll need to seek a non-standard insurance policy. This market is
reserved for high-risk drivers & homeowners. The policies are more expensive due
to the increased liability high-risk customers represent to the insurance
company. The level of coverage will vary from insurer to insurer, but a
high-risk customer will still be able to get basic protection, they will just
have to pay significantly more for it.
