Join us in acknowledging the contributions and achievements of Customer Success
professionals who are advancing the industry and community through thought
leadership, mentorship, and innovation. Cast your vote for the top CS
professionals for the 2024 Customer Success Thought Leadership Awards.

 
 
 


2024 CSTLA RULES

Eligibility
 * Nominees must be from the Customer Success, or a closely related, field or be
   strong advocates for the practice of Customer Success.
 * Customer Success Thought Leadership Awards Judges are not eligible to win
   awards.
 * SuccessCOACHING staff members are not eligible to win awards.

General Rules
 * SuccessCOACHING retains the right to update the rules of the Customer Success
   Thought Leadership Awards at any time.
 * Nominees are only eligible to win an award in a single category.
 * All shortlisted semi-finalists authorize SuccessCOACHING to identify them
   (name/picture/LinkedIn profile) in connection with the Customer Success
   Thought Leadership Awards.
 * All participants in the Customer Success Thought Leadership Awards accept
   that the judges’ decisions for the Top 25 Influencer Awards will be final.

Nomination Rules
 * Contestants can be nominated by a third party or by themselves (first-party).
 * All nominations must be submitted online through the SuccessCOACHING website.
 * All nomination ballots must be cast manually; ballots submitted via
   automation (i.e., by a bot or other automated/scripted method) will be
   considered invalid and excluded from the final count. 
 * All nominations must be submitted by 6:00 pm PT on September 22, 2024.

Voting Rules
 * Voting will be open from September 30, 2024 until 6:00 pm PT on October 7,
   2024.
 * Only one ballot per person is allowed. 
 * All voting ballots must be cast manually; ballots submitted via automation
   (i.e., by a bot or other automated/scripted method) will be considered
   invalid and excluded from the final count.

Judging Rules
 * To remove any bias during the judging process, judges may not cast votes for
   nominees that are from their company or organization during the judging for
   the Top 25 Influencer Awards.

 CSTLA GENERAL INFORMATION

Nominations
Starting September 16, 2024, Customer Success professionals are encouraged to
nominate the Thought Leaders that have influenced them in 2024 for our awards
and show their appreciation for the efforts and creativity of our hard-working
community.

Nominees for the Top 100 and Top 25 Lists are determined by a 7-day nomination
period. All nominations are tabulated, and the top 200 semi-finalists, based on
nomination count, are selected for inclusion in the voting list. In cases of a
tie, all qualifying nominees are included in the semi-finalist list resulting in
a 200+ nominee count.
Top 100 Customer Success Strategist Voting
Once a Customer Success professional is nominated, they must gain as many votes
from their peers as possible during the week-long voting period, which ends on
October 7, 2024.

The Thought Leaders with the most votes in the Top 100 Customer Success
Strategist Award category (after a normalization process to allow for the
tabulation of the total vote count and influence score) will be announced on
October 23, 2024.
Top 25 Customer Success Influencer Judging
Winners for the Top 25 List are determined by our panel of expert Judges during
a week-long judging period. All nominees for the Top 100 list were reviewed by
the Judges, with the Top 25 Influencer Award winners being selected based on the
impact that their thought leadership, mentorship, and contributions have made to
the overall Customer Success community as determined by our judges.

Nominations will be evaluated on the scope and depth of documented contributions
to advancing the Customer Success industry and its practices. Judging criteria
includes:

 * Evidence that the nominee’s work and synthesis of ideas have global
   application.
 * Evidence that the nominee’s actions, ideas, methods, concepts, or approaches
   influence audiences, organizations, and the Customer Success industry. 
 * Evidence that the nominee’s work, ideas, and concepts have helped Customer
   Success practitioners—and the organizations they work for—achieve business
   results. 
 * Evidence that the nominee’s thought leadership and influence are significant
   in the field.

Regional Watchlists
The Regional Watchlists are comprised of nominees from a region, who are making
an impact but did not garner enough votes to be included in the global Top 100
Strategists or Top 25 Influencer lists after voting was closed for the awards.
