This Privacy Policy covers the personal data we collect about data subjects and
provides the information required by art. 13 of General Data Protection
Regulation n. 679/2016, unless a different policy is displayed.

“Docebo”, “We” and “Us” refers to Docebo SpA and/or any of its other corporate
affiliates, listed below in the “Contact us” section, when acting as Controller.

We refer to our products, together with our services and websites as “Services”
in this policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how Docebo collects and uses the personal
information you provide. It also describes the choices available to you
regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your
personal information.

Docebo NA Inc participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S.
Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Docebo NA
Inc is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union
(EU) member countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, respectively, in
reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable
Principles. To learn more about the Privacy Shield Framework, visit the U.S.
Department of Commerce’s Privacy Shield List at https://www.privacyshield.gov.

Docebo NA Inc is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives,
under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party
acting as an agent on its behalf. Docebo NA Inc complies with the Privacy Shield
Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, the United
Kingdom and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy
Shield Frameworks, Docebo NA Inc is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers
of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.In certain situations, Docebo NA Inc may be
required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public
authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement
requirements.

If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed
satisfactorily, please contact our U.S.-based third party dispute resolution
provider (free of charge) at https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request.

Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website,
you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have
been exhausted.

a request for integration, rectification, or erasure, or object to our
processing of your personal data. Upon request, Docebo will provide you with
information about whether we hold any of your personal information. Furthermore,
you may also be able to exercise the following rights to restrict processing,
data portability, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

In particular, you have the right to object and withdraw your consent, in whole
or in part, to the collection, use, disclosure or processing of your personal
data for purposes of dispatch of advertising material, direct selling or for the
fulfillment of marketing surveys or commercial communication (e-mail).

If you prefer that the processing of your personal data is carried out solely by
means of traditional contact methods, you may object to the processing of your
personal data by means of automated contact methods.

with regard to our processing of your personal data, you may send a request to

your request within thirty (30) days.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION:

How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of
information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will
either delete your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because
the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store
your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

Account information: We retain your account information for as long as your
account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to
re-activate the Services. We also retain some of your information as necessary
to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our
agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and
improve our Services. Where we retain information for Service improvement and
development, we take steps to eliminate information that directly identifies
you, and we only use the information to uncover collective insights about the
use of our Services, not to specifically analyze personal characteristics about

Information you share on the Services: If your account is deactivated or
disabled, some of your information and the content you have provided will remain
in order to allow your team members or other users to make full use of the
Services.

Managed accounts: If the Services are made available to you through an
organization (e.g., your employer), we retain your information as long as
required by the administrator of your account.

Marketing information: If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us,
we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period
of time from the date you last expressed interest in our Services, such as when
you last opened an email from us or ceased using your Docebo account. We retain
information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a
reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.

DISCLOSURES SPECIFIC TO THE DOCEBO PLATFORM/SERVICE:

The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the
purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Docebo. Docebo
collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct
relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a
customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one
of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact
with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us
provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the
service agreements with our Clients.

Docebo has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it
processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or
delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Docebo’s Client (the data
controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable
timeframe.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as
needed to provide services to our Client. Docebo will retain this personal
information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes,
and enforce our agreements.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers,
use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, scripts, and other similar
technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, tracking users’
movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our
user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these
technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis.

We use cookies for our shopping cart, to remember users’ settings (e.g. language
preference), for authentication. Users can control the use of cookies at the
